Tried to call to give full details on medical conditions as they are not listed on the dropdown menu. The lady on the phone was barely understandable. We were just trying to be upfront with information and it turned into such a frustrating experience. Will not be using this service again.

I emailed on several occasions asking why my premium had doubled, and that I would cancel if no satisfactory reason were given. To date I have had no response and they have taken the double premium anyway.
Will definitely cancel next time even if they are cheaper.

Massive increase in premium
They increased my insurance by around 40% at renewal. When I also mentioned I had very minor high blood pressure they almost wanted to double that premium. I checked with other Insurers who did not increase the premium for this. Felt like the person on the phone was reading from a script.
