I was very impressed with the service the price was fair and they came the same day that I booked. The men were very helpful and efficient.

This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to collect rubble, I was quoted 280 after sending photos and describing what was there. I got a call from the bloke when he arrived trying to get me to pay 400. Eventually through texts with the office, I agreed to pay 320. I was a bit annoyed about it but I decided to give them a second chance, with rubble and bits of concrete that I had bagged and piled up. This time the quote, after a clear photo showing what was there and a message describing what it all was, was 160. Again I got a call when they arrived. I was working up a scaffolding so I didn't answer. When I came down and checked I had some messages telling me that they wanted 220, the reason given, being that the concrete slabs needed to be lifted by two people. This was not true as I lifted them by myself. So I called the office to discuss it and the representative was rude and talked over me constantly. Eventually I managed to get a word in and was given a load of flannel about the weight and how bags can weigh between 25 and 40kgs depending on how full they are. I know this and only filled the bags halfway because I know they have a tendency to break and that people complain about it if they come to collect and they are too full. when I said this I was basically accused of being dishonest and not representing what was there accurately. I paid them 200 and told them I will not be using them again. If you want repeat business don't scam your customers and then insult them. And they didn't sweep up, leaving dusty, gravelly stuff on the pavement, which is dangerous because it's the sort of thing that old people can slip on.

This company was amazing! I had to add to the clearance and Arina took this in her stride and completely understood my building situation. I think they were totally professional and fair. 5 star

Really impressed with this company. I phoned in the morning for a quote and collection was available for that evening. The men who came were polite, quick and efficient and the prices were very reasonable. If I need to get rid of more waste I will definitely use this company again.

Cathy and the team provided a great same day service. Very swift. The driver and helper were very diligent.

Really disappointing experience. The guys doing the heavy lifting were great, but dealing with the manager Arina was a nightmare. We provided numerous photos of the waste to be removed and agreed on the price in writing only for Arina to increase the price by 15% half an hour into the job and then aggressively shouting down the phone and threatening to dump everything and walk away if the new price wasn't agreed. She sited that (i) she wasn't aware of the waste to be removed and that non-wood material would incur additional charge even though these were front and centre of the photos, (ii) the guys had to walk further than anticipated (about 20m in total, and clearly stated from the outset that it was a side access property) even though the van was parked right out in front.

Key takeaways for those that opt to use this company: be very clear in your photos of what is to be included and list out in writing what those items are, make sure you communicate the distance required to be carried, and ask for a clear price BEFORE the guys start work.

Lesson learned, but I'll be avoiding this company with a barge pole in the future.

These guys are fantastic polite, very fast and well organised they had to carry large bulky items as well as several large kitchen appliances down two flights of stairs no mess no scratches on the walls or ceilings absolutely perfect and best of all the price no other waste clearance company could beat it

Excellent service! All communication handled via WhatsApp, managed to book same day collection and the team helped me remove a bulky sofa bed without any issue (something another collection team didn’t manage to do and requested the sofa to be disassembled before collection). These guys really stepped up at a time when I was let down by another company. They were punctual, friendly and cleared the furniture with no fuss despite it being a very awkward job. I’ve no hesitation in recommending them and they are good value, and great communications. 5star.

Had an emergency same day pick up of my broken washing machine as I had to fly the morning after and Curry’s totally failed to show up. The guys added my address at the end of the route and didn’t hesitate to come by even though it was getting late for them. All communications were handled on WhatsApp, very easy! They were friendly, got the job done and helped me massively. Highly recommend!

Not only very reasonably priced but were able to come on a Saturday within one hour of calling. All rubbish cleared and pictures sent. Highly recommend

We had just moved offices & had to remove a lot of furniture quickly due to the lease requirements. I called Any London Waste at 16:00 on a Friday & they collected first thing the next day (Saturday). They cleared everything and left the place extremely tidy. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Initial Quote vs. Final Price: I was quoted a very low price (pitcure was sent to them, even removed 8 bags myself before they turn up), but when the service was rendered, the price nearly doubled. Lack of transparency in pricing from the beginning. Why don't you make it clear at very beginning.

Cancellation Fee: I was not informed upfront about a cancellation fee, which led to confusion and frustration when this charge was later imposed when they turn up.

Delays: The company called with a mobile number (they don't seems have a landline at all) to delay the scheduled collection, which caused inconvenience, especially since I had other appointments afterward. You have to wait there because rubbish was not collected within booked time slot. Don't count the wait time as extra discount to the final price. Again, You have to let your customer know you will charge for waiting time.

Price Discrepancies: I found that the pricing on their website didn’t match what I were charged, particularly with regard to how they measured the cost (weight, volume, number of bags, and distance). In face, they will charge based on everything. Final quote is based on a picture either. No weight, no scale, no measurement at all. You cannot count bags when your charge is based on weight and volume although I am over charged according to the volume & weight on your website. Fake price!

Unclear Pricing Structure: There appears to be no clear explanation of how they calculate charges, making it feel misleading and inconsistent. I was threatened extra money will be charged if the job cannot be done within certain time. If you want to cancel, pay your cancellation fee. Everything is decided by them, you are in a trap!

We've used Any London Waste for years - we've had a year long build with so much stuff to clear regularly. They've always sorted things last minute for us and accommodated our ever changing requirements - rain or shine! Friendly and patient team who can seemingly lift and shift anything. I have used Any London Waste four times in the last two years. Every time has been an absolute pleasure. From arranging collection on the phone with David, to the collection staff, to the ease of payment. I cannot fault this company in any way. I will continue to use the company, and to recommend them to others looking for a reliable waste collection service.

I was desperate to get rid of a heavy bespoke chairbed (small sofa bed for 1 person) in order to make room for a new one right away. I rang first thing in the morning (around 8am) and they were here to collect it at my place in Soho (London) later that morning. The boys were sweet, professional and very efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will be using them again.
