I had this waste clearance I really needed to sort out before this big event in my office but I was not sure of which service provider to call. Reluctantly, I contacted Any London Waste and I wasn’t disappointed. Good job guys.

I am a landlord who has been renting out my property for the past few years. Recently, I was in need of a rubbish collection service and went with Any London Waste. I had never used them before, but I was very impressed by their excellent customer service and unmatched professionalism. They were attentive to my needs and always put me at ease; this is something that is not often experienced these days.

As a project manager, I was hired to find a new waste management partner who could offer affordable and cost-effective services that would not break the company's budjet. Luckily, I found Any London Waste. They are always on time, don't overcharge and never missed any deadlines. Most importantly, they offer great service at an affordable price. Pleasure to deal with!

What I appreciated the most was their commitment to sustainability. They took the time to sort through my rubbish and recycle as much as possible, which was important to me as an environmentally-conscious client.
The pricing for their services was also very reasonable, and I appreciated the transparency in their pricing structure. They gave me a clear breakdown of the costs upfront, so I knew exactly what to expect.

My experience with this company was exceptional. Their customer service team was friendly an knowledgeable, and they took time to understand my waste disposal needs and recommend the best solution for my business. The team arrived promptly on the day of service to collect all of my rubbish. They were careful to adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, which gave me peace of mind that my waste was being hadled responsibly. They also followed up with me after the service to make sure that everyting was to my satisfaction, and they even offered advice on how I could reduce my waste in the future.

I have used the services of other rubbish collection businesses in the past, but these guys provided me with unmatched satisfaction. When I called them to discuss my needs, they seemed interested and eager to help. The prices were really reasonable and they offered a great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free rubbish disposal service.

After a long day of work, I appreciate you sending your crew over to my office. The level of service really amazed me and my colleagues. By far, your business is London's finest at disposing of rubbish.

I have used Any London Waste three times now and can thoroughly recommend them. Called them early in the morning and they are with you on the same day. Their drivers call around 30 mins ahead to say they are on their way. Payment in cash or by card, no problems. All the operatives who have to come collect the waste have been genuinely nice, very quick and efficient. And the price? Well, you might find a cheaper service (might...but unlikely), but you'd be hard pressed to find a better or more friendly service.

Would definitely recommend any London waste. When I contacted the company on their website they called me back within 5 mins with a quote, they came on a day and time that suited me and called me to say they were on their way. The two young men that came were very polite and professional, cannot fault them at all and would definitely use them again 👍

Good communication through the quote process. Price was good. Team arrived on time and got through the work quickly. I would definitely use this company again.

Yesterday (Tuesday) I enquired about a collection of 10 bags and 4 dining chairs by WhatsApp and given a quote of £90-£110. I asked if it could be done today (Wednesday). I got a reply Wednesday morning saying they couldn’t do it Wednesday but would do it Thursday between 8am and 5pm.

I said that wouldn’t work as I needed it gone on Wednesday. I was prepared to look elsewhere. Then David said they could do it on Wednesday after all between 8 and 5. He said that if I wasn’t home that was ok - I could leave the rubbish outside and he would then call me after collection for payment. That all sounded good. But I no longer needed to dispose of the chairs so asked him for a quote for just the 10 bags. He quoted £70 (he did not mention VAT). I was happy with the quote and confirmed with him that I would move the waste outside for collection today.

Then I received a call at 3.15pm to tell me they were running late and probably weren’t going to make it today. David said it was because some customers had more waste than planned and they ran out of time. David was friendly and professional. I was polite to him at all times - the worst comment I made was that it was a shoddy service, as I couldn’t leave the waste out overnight and would have to find somewhere else and move it all back inside.

That’s where things got appalling - a lady called Rena took the phone accusing me of being rude. She was extremely rude and aggressive. When I said that if the service I booked couldn’t be delivered I would leave an honest review, she accused me of not being a ‘decent person’. She claimed I booked it for Thursday, despite me having WhatsApp confirmation to the contrary. She claimed I had changed the order by removing the chairs, even though I had removed the chairs before the final booking with David. She demanded to see pictures of the rubbish - which I couldn’t do as I wasn’t at home. She claimed David had asked for photos (he hadn’t). She was lying constantly about what I’d agreed with David, telling me what he agreed was not how they do things. I was very glad I had a written record of everything.

She then tried to scam me out of an extra £20 by saying she could send a team from North London to collect the rubbish by 10pm. I said 10pm was fine but refused to pay extra. She then got even more rude and aggressive. Eventually she said she would send the team but I’d have to pay in advance (not after collection as agreed with David by WhatsApp). I refused as I simply did not trust that if I paid the team would turn up tonight as promised. I said I would pay on or after collection as agreed. She then made comments about how I must not have very much to do because of how long I was on the phone to her - as if my daily schedule is any of her business! When I said I would not pay in advance she said she didn’t have time and would call me back and hung up.

A few minutes later David called and said they actually couldn’t send the team after all because they didn’t have time to come to my area. He offered collection tomorrow morning but that simply doesn’t work for me.

Rena’s demand that I pay in advance was obviously a scam since when I refused they suddenly discovered they couldn’t do it anyway. Glad I didn’t pay only to be told they wouldn’t collect and then be left trying to get a refund from that rude woman!

Now I’m left with piles of rubbish outside my house that I need to try and get rid of tonight! DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY! They may be fine when things go ok, but if things go wrong you’ll have to deal with the single worst business manager I have ever dealt with!

They couldn't have been more different from the people who were supposed to clear up the waste (Swale Heating) and who had continuously failed to do so for three weeks.

This company, by contrast, took the 'phone call and were here within a couple of hours - unbelievable! They were incredibly helpful, efficient, cheerful, polite and friendly.

They gave me a time window (which they stuck to) so I could arrange when to be in or out.

I accidentally put too much money in. They counted it carefully and said I'd paid too much.

They got the job done within about a minute and away they went.

They were more reasonably priced than other companies that I looked at.

I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Very fast and efficient. I was able to get rubbish removed the same day I called and the workers were amazing. Highly recommended.

Any London Waste team were extremely professional. Called for an appointment yesterday and I got a slot for next day. The guys were very considerate about my house and tried to minimise any mess with removing the waste. I would highly recommend them.
