Amazing fast and professional service.
The communication is the second to know.
I was having a bed frame and needed to go the same day.
It was organised in less than three hours with a reasonable price and it was collected exactly on time.
So grateful l am recommending it and will use it again to avoid stress and time.

I always use Any London waste because they offer reliable and professional service. Life savers if you are in central London. No extra charges on multiple uplifts between the sites. Always on time. Absolutely terrible service. Got a quote on the phone only for the drivers to arrive and say it was double what they’d been told. I had described the amount of waste (not a very large amount) accurately and this had clearly been miscommunicated through no fault of my own. Was told the cost would be double the original quote.

The worst part of the experience was the frankly unbelievable rudeness of the woman I had to deal with on the phone. She snapped “ok you’re wasting our time and yours” within one minute of speaking with me, audibly huffed and tutted several times and was generally very bullying and rude. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a company, it was almost like a set up.

Honestly get the feeling they’re deliberately misquoting so that they can then pressure people into paying more once the drivers are on the doorstep - the whole thing being a deliberate tactic is the only way I can think to explain the rudeness of the woman in the office. She also had the audacity to say she was giving me a “discount” by not charging me the VAT on the card payment… (which I was also told I’d have avoided by paying cash… read into that as you want…)

The drivers were perfectly friendly and seemed a little embarrassed by the whole thing, which makes me think this kind of situation isn’t uncommon.

Will never use again and will definitely be telling people to avoid!

Edit: the reply here says “the pictures you provided were not accurate” which is false - I was told I would receive a text which I should reply to to send a picture, this did not happen. As a result I did not provide pictures, so not sure how the company are claiming that “the pictures you provided were not accurate” when I was not given the opportunity to provide pictures in the first place. I also at no point said this was the cheapest quote… what I said was “if I’d got this quote on the phone I would not have booked.” Will now be looking into how I can proceed with this complaint to a higher level, since the company’s response here has simply been to lie.

Booked late the day before and the managed to come the next day. The guys were were very polite and cleared the boxes and rubbish in under 10mins with no fuss. Payed over the phone and got my confirmation straight after. Great service.

Contacted them online last night, had immediate response, a quote within 10 minutes and all my rubbish was cleared first thing this morning. No fuss, no messing around. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Firstly, there seems to be no point arranging a time slot at all. They seem to like showing up at any time they feel like, but only if it's outside the time slot - either so early you have to send them away, or so late you were about to book another company. With me, they didn't even collect the waste on the same day that I'd arranged. When they're running late, it's radio silence. But from about 6:45pm on the day they collected the waste (about two hours after, in my case), they love phoning you four or five times to arrange payment, which I find extremely rude.

None of their services are online. Don't be fooled by the pretty hero image or Silicon Valley-style illustrations on their website. You don't even get an email confirmation when you book. All calls come from mobile numbers, which is really odd. It's 2022, I'd expect better now.

There's also no mention of VAT not being included anywhere in the quote price. I, personally, have no problem with this, but it seems standard now that companies mention this.

In short, next time, I'd happily pay £100 more to use a different company.

Absolutely crap. Avoid them like the black death. They quote one price over WhatsApp and when they turn up the price increases by double. Then they claim their is a £40 cancellation charge. Where is this on the website? Why don't they make this clear from the beginning if there is a cancellation charge. You have been warned ⚠️

Any London Waste were prompt and efficient in collecting my garden waste. Their charges were also very reasonable.

I had a 80kg triple glazed glass panel collected by a polite and hardworking team of two this Saturday afternoon.
This was booked yesterday with David who was friendly and switched on.

I appreciated that when we agreed a minimum and maximum price for the job I didn’t sense David was taking the opportunity to over-estimate. And, true to his word, his guys handled the weight and size of the glass and didn’t ask for more than the minimum agreed.

Very happy to recommend them.

Excellent company to deal with. Their workmen were very efficient - turned up on time and worked very hard to clear huge amount of rubbish. Overall very professional and we had to hire them again another two times to help us clear more rubbish and again they turned up on time and got everything sorted very quickly. Would recommend using this company, we certainly will in future.
