Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I didn't hire the company - they were hired by a company in the building I work in.

Two workers flatly refused to wear masks, one gentleman was extremely rude – aggressively informing me that restrictions ended on Monday. The other only refused to wear a mask when his colleague shouted at me that they were both exempt - after some minutes of me trying to explain the building policy to them.

Of course it is fine if people are exempt - my problem is with aggressive behaviour.

Many companies still ask for people to wear masks in communal areas, since infection rates are on the rise, and it should be a respectful conversation. He could have said he was exempt in the first instance, rather than shouting at me.

We have hundreds of visitors per day. I have just watched the 2 men come through reception sneezing, chatting, belching, coughing (without covering his mouth I might add), panting… Really disappointing behaviour, and if they had been more pleasant about it and said initially that they were exempt and had been tested, it wouldn't have been an issue.

Great service. Tenant missed the appointment, but, rather than giving up, the driver returned later in the day and to complete the work. Will definitely use them again.

Any waste turned up on time and worked non stop until they couldn't fill the van anymore. The guys were very helpful and easy to deal with, even when the nature of the job was really difficult. Wouldn't hesitate to book them again.. in fact we have!

One price quoted by email but when the guys turned up to collect, in an already full lorry, they could not take everything and claimed that there’s more then what they quoted for and charged me another £50+VAT. The guys collecting the rubbish were nice enough but the woman in the office who took payment was very aggressive. Will not use again.

I used Any London Waste to take away an assortment of household waste and I cannot fault them. I called in the morning and they came that afternoon. The woman on the phone was polite and helpful, and the two guys that arrived were also polite and efficient. They parked responsibly on my street and took everything away. That’s all that I can ask for and I’ll definitely be using them again.

I needed some household waste taken away very quickly and Any London Waste were excellent. It was 24 hours from phone call to rubbish being gone. The man on the phone who arranged it all was very helpful. The two men who came for the rubbish were super-efficient. And paying was a breeze because it was pay on the spot as the rubbish was collected. They even had their own card machine. I could not recommend this company any more highly. I've recommended to family and friends and I will use them again when next I need a rubbish removal service. Thank you Any London Waste for saving my stress levels!

Great Service. Initially I accidentally gave them the wrong postcode -Totally my fault. The company took this in their stride and the next day arranged very efficient quick recovery of our material. I would definitely use them again!
