Offer a good deal on affordable mobiles,take your money then advise that you've been rejected by a credit check and keep your money.I paid by credit card so wont be conned by these fraudsters.

Ordered a phone which was faulty. Returned the phone that they confirmed they have received, I have chased 3 times for a refund and haven't been refunded. I was promised a callback that didn't happen. Shocking. May have to refer to my credit card company as think they are trying to keep my money :-(

4.4 rating on trustpilot huh? Well that was a complete lie. Not even going to go on, just avoid.

Really bad customer care. Getting out of the service is really hard even without contract. Requesting PAK code is a long process first through email then on phone and the will charge you if pak code is not used within the agreed time.
They really gave me a hard time and full of stress…
My new service provider is struggling to port my old number.
I WOULD RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THEM…

Advertising iphone 14 contracts with 1-2 weeks delivery. Waited 8 weeks for the phone, also they are now jumping on the bandwagon, received an email to say RPI currently in 13.4% and they slap 3.9% on top of that for a total of 17.3% absolute disgrace.

Well they’ve taken my upfront payment & one month down the line a monthly line rental payment but I’ve never received the phone!

Please avoid unless you like paying for something you don’t get!

Again, pushing the blame on to DPD and fobbing me off on the rare occasion I manage to get hold of someone in Customer Services.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Do not use this company. Ordered a phone that never arrived over a month ago and still fighting to get the contact cancelled and a refund of the upfront payment, plus payments to o2 now. Takes hours to get through to their call centre and when you do they are full of empty promises and delaying tactics. Hiding behind DPD to buy even more time. I was also promised a goodwill gesture that never materialised, but they could deduct the upfront cost of the phone from my bank on the same day I ordered it. Looks like the next step will be to contact a solicitor. I feel helpless and could be paying for a mobile phone contract for a phone that never arrived for the next two years. I wish I had checked them out on Trustpilot first.

Dreadful service ! order placed perfectly, tried to add passport details which weren't originally requested but they failed as my account says Chris and My passport says Christopher. Could not amend online, called three times no answer after 40 minutes, eventually got through after over an hours queue to be told my order was cancelled. Their emails do not match their process. I have gone to a better provider. A waste of several hours of my time.

45mins+ telephone customer service wait times. Sell phones they don’t have. Don’t provide order updates themselves without you calling them. Utterly dissatisfied. Won’t be going near them again whatever the price.

Didn't deliver on the correct day. So I wasn't in and the phone got stolen. This is of course my fault and I'm now expected to pay £800.

Couldn't even get through to them to place an order...even after waiting for 30 mins in a call queue!
Avoid

Bought a Samsung phone from AO Mobile, 3 months ago. It suddenly got very hot and I was unable to switch it on or recharge it. I rang AO Mobile and explained the issue. They were very helpful and after taking all the details, explained the warranty was 24 months with Samsung and put me straight through to Samsung repair, who then collected the phone, repaired and returned within the week.

I have ordered an iPhone 14 pro max which they said should be an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks. I have now waited one whole month and they are still telling me that it may take another 3-4 weeks for stock to arrive and first come first serve.

Why would they advertise such a product when they don't even have it in stock?

The only good thing is that the staff are friendly and they do reply within 48 hours but that doesn't make up for the fact that I have waited one whole month and I've still got no update.

I would recommend looking elsewhere before buying here!

You will be told next day delivery and you will be very, very lucky if you do. Although they claim to give the latest stock details they do not and you will only be informed after the purchase has went through.
Been waiting for an iPhone 11 for 4 weeks, not even the top model, and was told 6 weeks.
After 4 different calls and having to change colour of the model I was told I was receive it in 2 days as they had stock - another lie.
Terrible company. I have used AO before for a desktop but the mobile company is not anything near as proficient and truthful.
Better to avoid and go somewhere else. Nothing that you read or are told is true.

Made a purchase for the iPhone 13 and to be fair it does take a long time I ordered on 5th September and it came today but eveything is fine and works great. If you don't mind waiting a month then it's a good deal.

Oh no. Only just reading reviews. Ordered phone, paid part payment but when going to track - out of stock??? Why take money, why advertise phone when you DO NOT HAVE IT.

Ordered a phone on line, received emails advising they didn't have all the information , gave them 3 replies with relevant information, no contact then receive an email to day cancelled our order, 2 weeks after it was placed, they have no idea what they are doing, false advertising of contracts they cannot fulfill, avoid avoid avoid, 73% + bad reviews doesn't surprise me. DO NOT TRUST

We ordered our new TV on A Saturday requesting two day delivery. We were told that the lorry driver would contact us about 4 hours before delivery to confirm the time. Sure enough, we received the phone call the following Sunday from the driver who arrived with our TV as he said he would. He was very friendly and quick taking it up one flight of stairs to our bedroom. Then he was gone. We haven't
installed the TV yet but we are confident that even if it is broken it will be covered by Ao's insurance which was taken out 5 days after delivery.

I was just about to place an order for 2 SIM cards for my kids and an iPhone 13 for me. Thought I would check on here first, definitely won’t be ordering now, thank you Trustpilot!!!

Absolutely shocking - they lie to you, take your deposit promise delivery... hid behind phone networks - hid behind DPD, never call you back !! Absolute cowboys.
Never ever had dealings like this before - uncomprehendable. Honesty ' I have taken time to write this review to give others the heads up !
