I cannot fault AoMobile one bit

I cannot fault AoMobile one bit!

Ordered a phone from them which arrived sooner than the estimated delivery date, I didn't like the provider and had to send the phone back, everyone I spoke to was so helpful and Tom helped me to place a new order with another network. Unfortunately Three refused the order but no fault on Ao mobile whatsoever. Full refund for the returned phone within 10 days.

Sorry I didn't get to complete an order in the end with you guys but 100% great customer service.
I never leave good reviews but I had to for you as I could not fault the service received. Thank you!

SHOCKING SERVICE, 7WKS & STILL NO PHONE

I ordered an IPhone 11 on 14/11/21 and today is 30/12/21 and I'm still waiting for my phone!!
They happily took an upfront payment, knowing they have no stock and the only updates I get, is in response to my emails (and that takes a few days).
I've also questioned why they're advertised on the website as available for delivery within a few days of ordering...when clearly they're not!! The response was that there is a 2/4week wait, I have been waiting for nearly 7 weeks now for my handset. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

Terrible company taking advantage of…

Terrible company taking advantage of people & total misleading. They can run a credit check before taking the upfront payment, so now 3 weeks before Xmas I'm money down that I'll be very surprised if I even get a refund especially within 3 days, its a joke these dodgy companies robbing people out of our money. I hate online shopping for this reason, you can't trust them all.

Do not buy a phone from this company

Do not buy a phone from this company. Disgraceful service. Worst experience I have had in my life. I ordered my phone then ten days later they emailed me to say they didn't have it. After numerous calls I was to!d they had a different colour phone so I agreed to have that. The next day I got a sim card instead of a phone. They then said they would not charge me the first monthly payment, they took the payment the next week. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT USE THEM

Just avoid

Just avoid. Very frustrating. They use Dpd That says all you need to know. If enough customers avoid. Sales drop. They will have to improve customer relations.

VERY FRAUDULENT COMPANY - AVOID!

VERY FRAUDULENT! Attempted to order a new phone & contract, entered details correctly, clicked order - error. Bit odd, so I double checked, everything I entered was perfectly fine, clicked order again, still error. Tried one last time and still didn't work so I double checked my bank to make sure something fishy wasn't going on there - only to find this company has taken THREE large payments from each time I clicked order. Each time I recieved a "order could not be processed" type message so how has it managed to take 3 payment and still not give me any order number, reference, or ANYthing? Completely dodgey company.

Now in contact with my bank to reverse payments and in process of notifying bank of fraud.

mis sold stock they do not have and dont know when they will. took full payment and did not inform me

They sold me a phone that they said was in stock, 24 hr delivery - it was not - They gave me a delivery window some 3 days after order and taking my money (i waited in, it did not come) I had to chase this by email. Also they claim to let you know of changes to order by email, they did not.
On email, when i chased my mobile delivery, they refused or avoided to tell me when it would be in stock, until 3 emails later i spoke to a manager. then when directly asked, it maybe two weeks, it maybe more.... meanwhile they were still for sale, they are not now. and all the while the notice on my PAC code is running out - I am a business, i work with reliability and informed decisions - AO mobile do not - and for their own demise are very smoke and mirrors, avoid

Update on my previous review

Update on my previous review. For anyone who had their order cancelled I called up to query mine and asked when I would be getting my refund. If you set up a pay monthly contract and are awaiting a refund for the upfront payment make sure you call. The direct debit details you enter are only for the service provider. AO mobile do not have your bank details to issue your refund as they only use the card details to take payment, hence why some people are waiting so long. They advised that i had failed part 2 of their checks but still would not tell me what it was.

I ordered a mobile phone contract with…

I ordered a mobile phone contract with 02 via the AO website and I want to say I am extremely pleased with the service. I was dubious after reading some of the reviews on here but I’m glad I didn’t listen to them.
From start to finish I was kept up to date and phone delivered as promised.
I would definitely use AO again for my next phone.

Placed an order for a mobile on 30th…

Placed an order for a mobile on 30th July 2019. Deal included a smart watch which has never arrived.

My confirmations came from Mobilesdirect who I'd been unable to get an answer from. Today they tell me AO would be responsible (even though it states they are all 'part of one family').

SILLY MISTAKE

I bought an iPad at a very reasonable price and the delivery was spot on.When I began to use the device, there was a recording made before I had used it and I stupidly thought it was pre-used, and complained!
In fact it was a recording made on my iPod which was transferred with other data.
Therefore, I apologise sincerely for my stupidity and can only say that for me, AO service was A1! Thank you!

Disappointing

First time I called them, they answered straight away. I had a problem with the network after they told me it would be good reception indoors and outdoors. Then they took atleast 25 mins to answer the phone thereafter and I must have called about 10-15 times to sort out return process and using poor reception handset. I would advise to avoid this company.

Bad service,bad data protection!

If I could give no stars I would. Firstly order a certain colour,double checked before ordered. Confirmation comes through with incorrect colour. Try to change it, told to cancel order and reorder even though this wasn't my mistake and no confirmation it wouldn't happen again. Whilst trying to change my order,that is in my name,my account,my email address and my personal bank details, it some how has been linked to my partner's email address,so can't change it myself because of data protection, how about my data protection with all my bank details. Very poor,very unhappy,will not be re ordering.

Good but needs improvement with network providers.

Their phone prices are some of the best out there and customer service support is good too. However, I got a contract through them on Vodafone. It was unlimited data, mins and text. The download speed was below 10mps and I wanted to switch to the Unlimited Max plan which had no restrictions. Vodafone couldn't change the plan as it was through AO Mobiles and AO Mobile couldn't change it either.
I had to send the phone back for a refund and buy the phone again with the correct data plan. If you've set up a new phone before you will know it takes all day to set up so imagine doing this twice in one week.
Don't get Vodafone Unlimited or Vodafone Unlimited Lte, the download speeds are very, very slow. Go for the Vodafone Unlimited MAX. I was now happy with my order.
A very good price but came with a lot of hassle. Double check your order first, I got the Samsung Note 10 plus sent first and it was only ordering the second phone I got the Samsung Note 10 plus 5g. Both of witch I had ordered but had no idea the Note 10 plus had a 4g and 5g version.

Great company x I have very bad credit…

Great company x I have very bad credit and they sent me 2 phones both with cash back options x I have been with them now 6 months and have received my first cash back of 76 pound on one phone as I sent the other one back due to me making a mistake when ordering. I received a brand new iPhone and also only pay 40 pound a month
