I had an extremely complicated claim, involving two separate floods, two separate insurance companies and a managing agent that rarely responded. Anna Grover guided and kept the pressure on when everyone wanted to give up. Without her, I don't think we ever would have got to the bottom of it all, and I am grateful for her tireless response. Our experience with this cimpany stretches over many years, we therefore have experience of many of thier departments from insurance to claims etc; we have found all of the people we deal with to be helpful, knowledgable and very good communicatiors. Andy who is new to our insurance requirements has guided us through and a very dificult new insurance requirement with speed and efficiency. What is so good is that they take time to know thier customers.

Responsiveness. Can't fault the help received from Andy regarding the necessary change to be made to the policy. There were many conversations and email exchanges regarding the situation created when the policy was initially taken out. Andy has worked to resolve the situation in a professional manner.
So far, this review covers the support received regarding the wording of the policy and there has not yet been a need for a claim to be made. Hopefully the same level of support would be forthcoming from the insurance company.

We have been using A- one insurance for a few years now, they have always been great to deal with, being able to pick up the phone and easily speak to someone is a big bonus.
They are always very helpful and removes any stress of dealing with any issues we might have.
