The worst optiq company in sweden. very very bad service. I was almost inquired by the optician the the lady at the reception was very rude and not polite. they are´interested only in money. Bad services but very expensive. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO THERE

In Aoptik’s Olofström branch office the staff is very unprofessional, just waste of time & money. I ordered a pair of glasses after their examination, they made something that I can’t see with and insisted that it is the right glasses for me even though I CAN’T SEE. I’ve been using glasses for more than 20+ years so I’m not a newbie, I know what could possibly expect me when trying a new pair of glasses, but this problem wasn’t one of them. Then they booked another appointment, I even brought my old glasses to provide a reference, and when new glasses arrived 2 weeks later the problem was still the same... Each time I have to wait for almost a month and in the end of 2 months I have NOTHING, but the phone calls saying that I can’t cancel the purchase, I have to book A NEW APPOINTMENT for another examination, or PAY THE FULL PRICE of glasses I didn’t even get and can’t see with. This is simply harassment and a horrible service. Now because I don’t have to spend a few thousands of SEK for NOTHING I will have to go and get another examination and will have to wait forever for a decent pair of glasses, and I don’t have a chance to left to visit another optometrist since my sources are limited. Do yourself a favor, if you need glasses find a different place to go!
