Never again! Ordered a table that was ‘free UK…

Ordered a table that was ‘free UK delivery’ and was charged £50 at the final stage of check out. Tried to cancel 4 hours later as per the ‘24 hour cancellation’ policy to be told it couldn’t be cancelled. AWFUL customer service. I believe this to be against trading standards but the personnel were so difficult and rude that I gave up trying to get my money back……I guess that was their intention. Stay well clear.

Poor choice of courier by Aosom.

Have always given 5 stars in the past, but not earned that this time. Was advised on completing purchase with payment on Tuesday 30/6/26 item was expected to be delivered Friday 3/7/2026, it didn't arrive...Customer Service said delivery is within 3 to 5 working days but was told delivery would be on the next working day, Monday 6/7/2026...didn't arrive but seller stuck to their 3-5 working days so it would be, after the seller had contacted the courier, guaranteed for delivery on Tuesday 7/7/2026...didn't arrive that day (the 5th working day). Item, paid for in full on Tuesday 30/6/2026 finally arrived on Wednesday 8/7/2026 by a totally different courier than advised...you really couldn't write this sh*t...and I'm still waiting for the "partial refund for disruption to supply" to hit my bank account. Definitely NOT the service I have previously experienced, sorry.

Wrong item sent

Sent me the wrong order then told me item I originally ordered was out of stock. Agent on phone was good, but overall service was poor. Waiting on refund.

Fast delivery and great value drawers.

I have never heard of this company before so was unsure what to expect.we ordered a 4 drawer chest which was delivered the day after ordering. Everything was labelled well and it was easy to assemble.
Its has decent runners on the drawers and is really good quality for the price. Will definitely use again.

HOMCOM - WHAT WARRANTY!

HOMCOM cooler unit failed within a year, i bought though SHEIN who told me the warranty is 3 months, for electrical goods, this an is an absolute joke and AOSOM didn't want to know either. Avoid both companies and their brands Outsunny, PawHut, Vinsetto
DURHAND:Aiyaplay / ZONEKIZ,

and just to say after this review aosom responded with a response basically tough, its over to Shein! My thoughts remain and,are reinforced!

Misleading Customers - Buyer Beware

I placed an order for a parasol; there was only one left in stock. As soon as I bought and paid for it, I got confirmation, and the store now showed the item as out of stock. I got my confirmation and waited for tracking. This morning, I received an email saying my order could not be fulfilled. No reason given. I went online, and there is only one left for delivery this week. I called Aosom to be told that they don't sell an item if there is only one in stock, in case there is a problem with it. I was then told that someone else might have bought it, and there is no stock left, even though it says there is. Either way and for whatever reason, I am disgusted and it feels like misleading customers which a breach of the Unfair Tradings Regulations 2008. I would not trust this company again. A very disappointing experience.

Quincy The product is really good

The product is really good. The quality is much better than I expected and so comfortable to sit on. You do need a knowledgeable person to put it together one suggestion would be to make the same size nuts and bolts for all of it instead of different sizes. I am very happy to recommend this product.

This hipped roof metal gazebo

This hipped roof metal gazebo much better than the pop up I had last year which only last bout two months. Down fall the stitching in the canvas roof if its windy an flaping that could cause the fabric tear.but so far so good.✓

Great product looks so classy.

Sorry for late review ive only just had the opportunity to build it.
Really impressed which my purchase and although it suggests it's a two man job to build, I manage on my own apart from getting help to stand it upright and move it into position. Really good purchase.
