Provided bad advice on parasol cover
I contacted this company to ask which parasol cover to buy for one of the models they also sell. I was sent a specific link which I bought. When it arrived it was too small. Customer service are not resolving my complaint and are expecting me to be out of pocket for bad advice given by then. This is the first time I have bought from this company and I won’t be buying from them again

Delivery was very quick and packaged very well, the dog pushchair is exactly as described, the reason I’ve knocked off one star is that the tyres weren’t pumped up enough and their was no pump to rectify this. Then when I tried to pump them up one would not pump up, it just kept going down. Raised this with customer service who I will add were quick to respond but it would be good to actually talk to someone. They offered a discount but since then I have noticed all the tyres go down very quickly. Apart from that it’s a good buggy but as I’m 72 it’s hard for me to keep pumping the tyres. So for me probably not the best decision.

The service has a problem
The service has a problem. So my order got dispatched through DPD in which did get delivered, but the big problem was. As its in 2 large boxes, it got delivered with 1 guy and if you live in a flat they didn't bring it up stairs. I don't blame the driver, I think Aosom has 2 choose a delivery company that is a 2 person job.

only one driver, especially when delivery to an upstairs flat was required. According to the measurements and weights of the item our system automatically assigned the courier teams for the order items. As this item could be brought by a single driver person that is why this Courier Team was assigned, if it would be needed Aosom has 2 Man courier Team as well and the system would auto assign to that specific team.
We appreciate your understanding that this was not the driver's fault. Your comments regarding the delivery arrangements have been shared with our relevant logistics team for review, as feedback like yours helps us evaluate and improve our delivery services for larger items.
Due to safety and security concerns for the customer’s sake, the drivers are not allowed to step into the buildings or houses of the customers and most probably the couriers are supposed to deliver the orders on the flat’s door step if the building’s management and security allow them.
