It's the first time that apotea.se fails to deliver. I placed an order on Sunday, 27 May, at 10:24 pm. The website says it sends the items the next working day, which was Monday. Still on Thursday (31 May) I have no items. I cannot understand what is happening, but I could have gone to the nearest apotek to get the items I needed instead of waiting for so long, even if they had cost more. Now, I would have been happy and pleased.
This is our favorite Internet shop where we buy a lot of things for us and our household for more than a year, and have only positive experience.
Highly recommend.

There is no more payment method I like.
Before I was always redirected directly to my bank page. Now I see some intermediary site instead. This type of payment is still called "Banköverföring, Via din internetbank ", but it doesn't look like this anymore.
Unfortunately, had to stop buying from this shop.
They started out really good. But lately they refuse to answer complaints or refund items that is broken, opened or damaged. Not getting any respond to my e-mails. Sorry to say they are no longer good.
No, that is not the case. I contacted you about the missing response to my complaints of damaged and misrepresented products in July, and in August you claimed you never received my e-mails about this, all though I have delivery confirmation to my e-mails. I sent them once more in August, but still have not gotten any reply to these e-mails. So no, this is not because of piled up e-mails. They were not all sent at once…
1.October: They still haven't answered the other complaints...
Finally after this, they fixed the problem

This company know very little about customer treatment. They deliver medical supply with the seal broken, and they don't compensate for this. Offered me 20% discount, when I need new items that are not compromised.

i am quite satisfied with the service, I got a refund after I purchased an item which was missing, so in that part, the customer support it is fine. I am missing more assortement in some products, specially from La Roche Posay which uses to be out of stock/low of stock sometimes.
