Usually fast deliveries, but not anymore. When I started ordering from Apotea it was because of the many delivery options and fast processing. While the former is still true, the latter is definitely lacking. What's more, it seems to be a rule rather than exception the past year.

My most recent order went 6 days without an update. Pretty disappointing by today's standards and especially by a pharmacy. I had to order from another pharmacy to be sure to get my medication on time.

It says "I lager" and "Skickas idag" on product pages, but it's not valid during the Black Friday craze apparently, which is sad because you're a PHARMACY not just a cosmetics store. I have ordered my prescription medications from them last saturday, as I usually do, but I got NOTHING. I tried to contact their customer service by mail on wednesday, and today on thursday I haven't even received a shipping confirmation, an answer, or anything. My medications I need to use daily? I'm out of them for days, and without them I literally cannot function as a human being. I can't even leave my bed because I don't have the energy for not having my medications, and I'm about to cry right now, especially as my attempts to contact them get zero response. And now I can't even purchase my medications from any other physical pharmacy store, because I have already placed an order and there is expedition interval. You guys used to be my first choice when buying medications and other things, but no more. I have never felt so helpless.

Fast Delivery, Well-packed, Good price range, Various payment/delivery options. I can recommend this website. But it is good to be careful to select a delivery option. Some delivery services were bad at their job.

Great, fast service with massive sortiment.
I love it that I have more control over the prescription medicines and I can decide for myself if I want the cheaper alternative or the original one. Plus no super long waiting lines and grumpy/incompetent store staff. You just need to plan ahead and order stuff before you run out but if you're living in central Stockholm, you can get same day delivery using Instabox or Airmee.

I ordered at least 10 times from Apotea. Delivery to my city within 2 days every time. I always choose the Early Bird delivery, they leave the package at my door at 7 am.
The products just as described on the website. I have never returned anything. What I love about them is that they list the ingredients of almost all the products. The payment is safe and the shipping is superfast.

The company is trustworthy and delivers fast.

My main complaint is about their return policy. I believe this should be changed when customers have allergic reactions to products sold through their pharmacy. I bought a blephademodex, a product for eyes with tissues packed individually, I used one and got the allergic reaction (burn, stinging, swollen eyelid) they refused to reimburse the money because one of the tissues is missing. It had nothing to do with the package being sealed, it came without seal.

As being a customer for many years now. I can say it worked well so far for me. Always on time and nest day delivery with Budbee. So am satisfied. Keep it up. Thanks.

Delayed shipment, non-responding customer service.

Charged for prescribed medicin in advance and failed to deliver two evenings in a row with short/no notice. Unresponsive on mail, chat and phone so I cannot go to a physical shop either since my recipy has already been consumed by Apotea! USELESS

ordered VSL3 by a Premo letter to my address. it was the Default choice on their site. The order confirmation came as Intabox. When I tried to change it to what I actually chose, they say they will wait for the return and send it again, but will charge for it. Above all instead of having it home already today as planned it takes the hassle of calling, mailing and waiting unnecessary extra days.

One could wonder why do they need 10 different delivery methods on the order process? one could also wonder why the order process don’t allow you to have a last view of your order before actually sending it in. the all point with order confirmation is for you to control that the order is placed as you asked for as a client. A bit strange that as a client when you call to correct the order confirmation they argue with me instead just fixing it without making a fuss over it

I've ordered from this company multiple times without any issues, and I think that their prices are pretty decent. I've seen other people's concerns about broken items but I haven't had that problem so I would recommend.

Very bad customer service! They sent damaged Products. Still I had to pay for return costs myself. They are not even cancelling my klarna invoice!

Fd. kund då de tyvärr använder sig av betalningsmetoden Klarna "betala först få sen" och de skickar ingen påminnelse om att fakturan håller på att löpa ut utan istället får man en räkning hem på 60 kr.

They send $6 bill as a reminder that your invoice soon expires.

I buy in this shop very frequently (fast delivery, availability of quality vitamins that i was not able to buy in the other Swedish shops as Now Foods). And recently 1 item in the order was not correct: they reply to my email in less that a hour and it was after 5 p.m.! i received needed item in 2 days!
