WARNING. Used to be good but lately orders are delayed and poorly packaged. Two times my orders were damaged due to poor packaging, and the customer support contact is slow and unprofessional.

I have been waiting for the delivery of medicines for 16 days!!!! Poor customer service. Sometimes they respond to emails after 3-4 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Please choose your last-mile delivery partners more carefully.
As an online pharmacy, you should not rely on companies such as Airmee, who has cancelled / postponed all my deliveries that were handed over to them (not only with Apotea, but other online shops too).
For those users who complain about late delivery - it is not Apotea itself, it is the delivery partner. Whenever I chose Premo, my delivery was same or next day.
As for the price and quality of products bought through Apotea - I am fully satisfied.

Apotea is the best online pharmacy in Sweden!

Packages are sent and delivered quickly, even on Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipping is free and the prices are matching other online pharmacies, sometimes even cheaper.

My highest recommendations for Apotea - been using them multiple times now!

My package arrived completely damaged and messed up. There was a huge whole in the box so items could have easily fallen out and packaging was so poorly done the alcogel i ordered had leaked on all the items. Almost all items in the box came completely open, some packages were even torn. There were tape on some items but it didn't cover the lid so I don't even see why the person who put it there bothered... everything was just tossed in the box so I'm pretty sure this is Apotea's fault and not the delivery. The delivery was also 1-2 days slower than it said it would be when I chose delivery company.

Great prices. The delivery is free and extremely fast; i always deliver my orders the very next day ( early morning ).

1.5 week for delivery within Sweden! Seriously?! If you don't have goods in stock don't write that you do.

Have always been extremely impressed with the speed of delivery, but yesterday was above and beyond. Ordered items at 10:45 and they arrived at my front door at 21:30 THE SAME DAY. We don’t live in a major city, either, which makes it even more incredible.

I haven’t ordered prescriptions from them, only over-the-counter medications and supplements, and understand it can be slightly longer processing times for prescribed meds. I assume that’s what some of the negative reviews are referring to, but I have only had positive experiences with Apotea. Will never use the overpriced chain pharmacies again if I can help it.

They always have good deals and super fast. I usually choose early bird, and I get my parcel in 1 or 2 days.

I have just ordered some vitamin pills in Apotea.se site for the first time, and I was very impressed about how fast they delivered my order: just after 1,5 days - directly to my mailbox in front of my house, and the shipping fee is FREE!
Amazing e-commerce service ever!

Completely gone to pot. They take your money, say the order is delivered but don’t pass it on to the delivery company. Has previously been excellent but is now a company to avoid.

At the checkout I was informed that they had been very busy and one should count with longer transit time.
My package hadn't arrived after the indicated 7 working days and I didn't get any update when it will arrive. Customer service's chat was deactivated and the call service had just a recorded message about the same problem, aka. high order intake. E-mail went through and I did get a feedback from the CS that they had delays on the incoming side, hence the long waiting time, and that my package will be sent soon. But I still don't know when I will get it.

Good prices, and free delivery, easy payment. I've ordered a few times from them (non-urgent items) and never had any problems so far. Haven't tried their customer service because there was never any need

No response! Delivery late

I sent email asking for my order..why so late and one order missing but no response from them. One year ago apotea very good service and very fast delivery but no more...

slow delivery .. they don't fix the problem! I didn't received my package

Next day delivery for free! Great quality products and super friendly online staff. My daughter was born premature, I was in the hospital and I couldn't pick up a product and they were so helpful. Like they saved me a good amount of money. I'm very grateful!

Last 5 times and the order is delayed several days. Last order I made was on 4th Feb, today is 8th Feb and still waiting for my medicine (including my 3 years old daughter’s prescription medicine). Just now got sms from delivery firm that it is not going to be delivered today either.
Was in contact with their support and no apology or no compensation what so ever. Just an excuse that they have ’heavy’ load of orders (welcome to the Nordic style of customer handling).
Going to make re-claim and definitely no more orders to Apotea, some other e-pharmacy that is more serious about the business and the customers.

Always there is an delay with shipping.
I had experienced it for 3 times.
now I will order the stuff which is not urgent or i will buy it from other online seller.
