Kajanth is a super star-well organised and does what he says-100% will use again

They Arrived to collect my car on time,we had a delay on way home and they rang me as we arrived at terminal.They Turned up with my car within 5 mins of us arriving in car park.Driver was very helpful and polite.Will definatley use this company again.Nade our journey a lot less stressful.

They always go out of their way to assist, even when I am late with a booking. They have good service and mostly excellent timing on collection and delivery of the car.

I have used several Meet & Greet parking companies over the past few years and can honestly say that Apple Parking have been the most customer-focused of them all. The communication is great, and their service made the airport visit far less stressful. This year, as we un loaded our car, the Apple driver was there ready to take the vehicle, which meant we were not hanging around. On return, as we came out the lift in the carpark, our vehicle had just arrived, and so we were quickly loaded and on the road. I cannot praise this company enough and will certainly use their services on our next trip. Thank you so much for a stress-free experience.

Made a two week booking with Apple Parking. They were prompt with collection and delivery of my vehicle and their pricing was by far cheaper than other parking services. I will definitely use this service again and I have no hesitation with recommending them!

Avoid at all cost. They will make up things to pay them extra such as 10 pounds in cash without receipt when dropping or collecting the car. Dodgy company. Avoid

Really poor service, They took extra money from me. The guy on the phone was rude and kept cutting the phone. Would never use again

I left my car in the care of Apple Parking on 4th April this year. I took a photo of the mileage when I left it and when I returned on 12th April an additional 84 miles had been added to my mileage.
I have attempted to get recompense from Apple Parking and have contacted Trinqoo Support. Neither company has given me any kind of satisfactory response.
Two days ago I received a penalty charge letter from Hillingdon Council for £110 for my car having been parked on double yellow lines the day after I left the country. I was sure my car had been used illegally and had carried a passenger as things had been moved from the passenger seat. A day after I left the country my car was being illegally used and illegally parked when it should have been in a secure car park.
I am still waiting for compensation and will be contacting Trading Standards due to the lack of any satisfactory response from either Apple Parking or Trinqoo

Good service, they called me on their way before and after. Car ready to collect when I arrived at the car park. The guy was friendly and polite. Would use again.
Only thing I didn’t know , I had to pay £7.50 x2 for the car park entry. Extra £15

I used the Apple Parking service for a flight from London Heathrow to Thailand. The service start to finish was amazing, great prices and greeted on time. Really helped my trip go smoothly and the car was returned with no issues. Can not fault this service and would recommend to anyone!
