DON’T EVER BOOK VALET PARKING WITH APPLE PARKING!!!!

Booked valet parking with the for 3 days at Heathrow Term 5. They were the worst company I have ever used and looking at the reviews below my experience was the same. On my way to drop off my car I rang them 30 minutes before as advised. It took 6 attempts at ringing them until finally a man half asleep finally answered the phone and said he would call me back to see when the driver was collecting my car, he didn’t and in fact only called my after my car was finally collected 30 minutes later. On return it took about 10 attempts at phoning them to let them know I had my bags and was on the way to the car park before they finally answered. They said it would take 20-25 minutes to bring my car to me at the terminal short stay car park. After 35 minutes I had heard nothing. Again after I rang them at least 10 more times a guy finally picked up and my car took 50 MINUTES to get to me. I will never book with them again and nor should anyone else.

Possibly the worst parking company I’ve…

Possibly the worst parking company I’ve ever used. Follow the instructions to the letter despite this was left at T5 with my vehicle and a short stay car park for 45 minutes waiting for them to collect. It was eventually asked to just leave my keys on the wheel of the Vehicle. Communication was awful on return had to wait for 40 minutes for my vehicle. Don’t get caught out extra £30 and get a decent company not worth the stress or hassle.

Apple Parking - Avoid at all costs

Apple Parking are shambolic. We followed procedure for drop off, but the driver was 40 mins late, resulting in a premium cost for the short stay parking. On return, we once again followed procedure and were told the car would be 20 mins. After 20 minutes I called and was told it would be another 25 minutes. We waited for 25 minutes, and I called the company for the next 30 minutes without an answer. Eventually they text saying they would be 8 minutes. Can you guess what happens next? Another 25 minutes later the driver appears, doesn't speak to us, no paper work and just disappears. Truly terrible logistical service. DO NOT USE. I am just hoping we don't get fines from their negligence based on other reviews here.

Heathrow T5 Apple parking meet and greet…

Heathrow T5 Apple parking meet and greet.avoid at all cost they were late on our outward journey. And on the returns journey we arrived back early. Was told i had to pay £40 in cash to get my car back. Got in the car and they had used a quater of a tank of fuel. Stressful unreliable poor service. They also make you pay entrance and exit fee of £11 and £7. I will never use Apple parking again 100% rip off. When I asked at one of the other meet and grèet desks situated in Heathrow they just shook their heads and said "good luck" Apple parking don't have a desk at the airport you have to call a number to speak to the driver, this is stressful as one of the numbers we were given, no one answered. Honestly shocking service. My friend booked Purple parking same price. But no entry or exit fee and she arrived back early no problem and no extra fee in cash?

Very disappointing level of service

We were charged £40 extra due to our flight being delayed. This is disproportionate versus what we paid for two weeks parking! We were also asked to pay this, plus the £7.50 short stay fee to the driver in cash. A week later we are still waiting for a receipt!
We used the Apple meet & greet service at Heathrow T5, from dropping our car off to collecting it, the car had done 73 miles, what have they been doing with it?
Final point, the car was freshly valeted when dropped to Apple, on collection, it was filthy with mud, inside and out.
This company is definitely one to avoid!

Do NOT use this company

They took 1.5 hours to meet my husband from his flight and they also messed about with his phone system in the car. To top it all, they haven't bothered to reply to my email of complaint.

Do not book this company, unless you’re happy to wait an hour of meet and greet.

Do not book this company.
Despite following all their parking instructions exactly we experienced a poor service.
1. At departure we called as per instructions 20-30min before arrival. We then waited 30 mins for them to arrive at the airport.
2. On arrival their instructions on website and on booking instructions clearly say ring once bags collected, which we did. We then rudely got told we should have called when we landed. (Odd as no company ever does this and secondly, all parking companies monitor when planes have landed so should know this) From point of call, they said it would be 25mins, again not what they say when booking, says once called, go to short stay and car will be waiting.
We then continued to wait and over an hour after initial call home call the car arrived.
3. Looking at mileage when we got the car back they park far from airport.
4. Poor phone service-when I started to complain, they fobbed me off and said just calling the driver and calling you back. No call back recieved,
5. Although reasonable fee for meet and greet, by the time you add the £15 for short stay parking charges, not much different to other companies which would probably have had a better meet and greet.
For
This cost, save both time and money and stick with long stay or park and ride. Worse meet and greet service we have used. We travel a lot and this has been the longest it’s taken to leave the airport.

Shambolic they wrote my car off and tried to cover it up!- DO NOT USE

This is the worst meet and greet service I have ever used. They failed to deliver on their promises and left me stranded without my car. They were 40 minutes late to pick up my car upon arriving at Heathrow and did not give me any paperwork. When I returned to Heathrow, they told me (after 1.5 hours of waiting) that my car was blocked by another car and they could not move it. They asked me to take a taxi home instead of bringing my car to me. I had to argue with them to get them to book an uber for me (which turned up (2 hours after I originally called them), and they said they would deliver my car the next day. The uber they sent was unsafe and uncomfortable. It made loud noises and shook violently as it drove over speed bumps. I was worried that it would break down on the way. The next day, I still did not have my car and they have not reached out to me to tell me when the car will be returned. I have no idea where my car is or what condition it’s in. It's now the next day without a car and no response from the company as to when we will get it back. Even if we get the car back we have no assurances we will get the car back in one piece if at all. I reported the car as stolen to police, escalated to citizens advice borough who will be informing trading standards and emailed the company invoking Tier 2 resolution of the consumer rights act 2015 to either provide equivalent spec car or cash value within 7 days. After being without the car for 42 hours and within 3 hours of sending the email they delivered the car to my door, after a lot of hassle. I’ve since noticed a lot of issues with the car and have had it inspected by a garage, who say the car has been in an accident and they have tried to cover it up. The damage and issues that still remain have meant the car will be a total loss. I’m unlikely to get anything out of this company as they are not responding to emails/calls and will have to claim on my insurance at my cost. I urge all prospective customers to heed this warning: Apple Parking are a dishonest, unreliable, and a irresponsible company. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, underscoring the need for vigilance and discernment when engaging with service providers.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Complete scam.

This company is a scam. Do not use them! they did not give me any paperwork when taking the car. They emptied my fuel and increased my mileage by 50miles. They came 1h30 late to return my car and stopped answering my phone calls. The final straw is when they said they added fuel in and asked me to pay back 20£ when my car was returned to me completely empty. I was not even able to drive to the closest petrol station to get fuel. They are real crooks, watch out!

AVOID!!!! Unpleasant Experience with Apple…

Unpleasant Experience with Apple Parking - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

We recently used Apple Parking for parking services at Heathrow Airport, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory.

Despite following their instructions and calling ahead as directed, our initial call resulted in a 20-minute delay, causing us significant stress and nearly causing us to miss our flight. Upon our arrival in Spain, we discovered our car had been used for three journeys, contrary to the information provided when we enquired. The explanation that their phone was forgotten, and our car was used for personal trips, is unacceptable.

To add to the frustration, on our return, we noticed an additional journey recorded, taking our car to a pub outside the agreed-upon area. This unprofessional behavior is entirely unacceptable, and we are appalled that our vehicle was used for unauthorized purposes.

Furthermore, the excessive use of fuel, with an additional 20 miles travelled beyond the agreed-upon distance, left us with minimal fuel upon our return. We were forced to embark on a stressful late-night journey, searching for a 24-hour fuel station, and barely managed to refuel before running out of fuel.

It's important to note that we have concrete evidence of all these events through an app attached to our vehicle, which meticulously records all movements, times, and distances.

Our overall experience has not only marred our holiday but also raised serious concerns about the integrity and professionalism of Apple Parking. We feel compelled to share our experience publicly to warn others about the subpar service we received.

Potential customers deserve transparency and honesty about the services they are paying for. We hope this review prompts Apple Parking to address these issues and make improvements for future customers.

This is the absolute worst car park…

This is the absolute worst car park service I’ve ever used. They were over an hour late collecting my car at drop-off. I had to go check in and then come back out to the car park to meet the driver when he finally arrived. Then upon return I called them at 6:18 am, at 8:55 they called me back to inform me they are on the way with my car. This is not what’s advertised and the most unprofessional car service I’ve ever used. NEVER AGAIN!

Use this shambolic firm at your peril

Use this shambolic firm at your peril. Long post.

Booked with these guys for meet & greet at T4 Heathrow. They were over 30 minutes coming to collect our car on our departure day, meaning we paid £9.50 for the exit fee for the short stay car park instead of £6.
Upon return to the UK we waited 2 & ½ hours for our car.
As instructed we phoned them at 06.49am after collecting our bags and the guy asked if we wanted the Range Rover, told him no and gave him our make & model of car and full number plate. He sounded like he wasn’t expecting us & said he would ring us back in 20 minutes, stay in terminal, don’t go to car park yet, put me on hold, then disconnected. 20 minutes later and no return call, so called them again to be told, yes its on its way, please wait. Put on hold and disconnected. Still nothing so another call to them to be told there’s an issue with the main gate and wait for them to call us, they hung up. Again, nothing... another call to them to be told please wait 30 minutes. I started to get very distressed and after a 24 hour journey already thought the worst and insisted on speaking to a manager or I’m phoning the police, guess what...hold & disconnect. I then received a call from another man who spoke more eloquently and apologised for the delay, that it was unacceptable and that he’d “had a go at his driver” and said the driver was to ring me to apologise. The incorrect car was taken to the airport. Car will be with us soon. Asked to be compensated for this total shambles and said “let’s get your car to you and I will call you to discuss. No such apology call received from any drivers. Another 30 minutes and still no car. By this time, they were not even answering my calls, but when called from my sons phone answered straight away to be told, yes he’d seen the driver on the roundabout 5 minutes ago and will be there soon.
Still nothing and they would not answer so had to withhold my number and they answered straight away. Advised if my car not there in 5 minutes, I’m calling the police, his response was. “Go ahead, ring police”. I was connected to the driver who said he was 3 or 4 minutes away, which terminal? I had told them T4 multiple times.. When he arrived, he called to say he was there, but he was in the wrong place. I told him to come where we dropped the car off & he didn’t seem to know where that was so directed him to where we were told to go, short stay car park level 2, off airport parking. I asked him what was the delay and he said “I private, I don’t know” asked him for his managers name “ I don’t know, Suren” the only contact details he would give me is the phone numbers I already had on the paperwork.
We received the car at 09.09am after ringing them at 06.49am.
All the staff speak minimal, basic English, are rude and unhelpful. Only when I brought the police into it, did I speak to someone with any sense, but still no resolve for too long. I never received a call to discuss the compensation, but got a text message apologising and offering a 60% discount on a future booking. I replied stating that was an insult and I do not accept and to reply to my complaint email that I had sent moments ago.
As of yet, I have had no reply, no believable explanation or refund. Upon speaking to staff of other parking companies who are present at the carpark 24/7, we are not the only ones to complain about Apple Parking and to complain to the airport, which I will be.
I booked through Trinqoo, who I have also complained to. They replied within hours saying they will investigate.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

The most unprofessional parking firm I’ve used.
Did not come to collect the car on arrival, the man behind the desk too it as a ‘favour’ despite ringing 30 minutes before as instructed. This man had no paperwork to take my car just read the reg and said he was going to take it and seemed quite put out when said I needed documentation before he takes it. This then took an additional 30 minutes to get some proof of the transaction.
On return I called as the bags arrived and was told to wait for a call from the driver, which never happened.
I called again 30 minutes later and was told to phone the other number as the person I was dealing with was driving. The next person seemed to have no idea about my drop off. I was told the driver would be there in 20 minutes “there must have been traffic” 🙄. Another 20 minutes and they stopped answering my calls.
15 minutes later the driver called me and told me he would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later he turned up.
85 MINUTES TO DROP MY CAR OFF.

When he eventually got there he didn’t care, the car was cover in mud inside and out including the passenger side. Why someone was a passenger in my car I don’t know. I noticed they disconnected the dash cam too.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
