Having spent a lot of money on a fridge, I’d expect that it would be unpacked and the rubbish taken away, The driver barely made it to the door , got his signatures and left in a hurry, I then had to unpack, move it to the kitchen and dispose of the packing. Even though the packing had been damaged I was lucky enough for it to work. Hey, ho….

Very helpful customer service, making a complex purchase easy from my side, including allowing delivery date months after purchase and option of multi-buy discount. All went very smoothly with speedy email replies and great help on the phone.

Extremely poor service, avoid at all costs

I purchased a premium fridge freezer that arrived damaged. I exercised my short-term right to reject within the first 30 days, but the retailer pushed for a repair and a small allowance instead. The repair was delayed, incomplete, and left the appliance in a worse condition than before.

When I asked for a replacement, this was refused. I was given shifting reasons: first that they couldn’t deliver due to transport issues, then that third-party couriers couldn’t handle the size, and finally that they no longer had stock of the model. At the time I was told there was no stock, the product page had very recently shown availability and was then removed.

I asked for a second repair to resolve the ongoing faults, which was also refused. I have been left with a defective appliance, inconvenience, and significant stress, with no reasonable resolution offered.

This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing for what should have been a straightforward consumer-rights issue. I would strongly caution others about relying on their after-sales support.

Excellent service. First delivery attempt by contractors was a shambles, due to the contractor, but eventually resolved in a fast and efficient way

Bought a new Bosch Dishwasher at a reduced price just because the original packaging had changed. Delivered within a few days. Delivery guy helped me move the item right into the kitchen. Would use again.
