Easy online ordering process
Easy online ordering process. Great communication regarding delivery process. Incredibly friendly and helpful delivery driver who called approx 25mins before arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again. Haven’t used the product yet, but appears to be excellent quality.

Easy to purchase what I wanted at competitive pricing. Delivery driver kept me updated with when delivery would happen.
Currently running first cycle on the Miele dishwasher so no feedback on its performance yet.

Good website with competitive prices for Miele Washing Machine.
Ambiguity over delivery date meant that I'd taken a day off to received delivery, only to be told that the product would be delivered another day. I have re-read all correspondence received and don't believe it was sufficiently clear that the supplied date was tentative.
Also, despite saying it was a two-person delivery, only one person arrived with the product. It was concerning seeing a heavy, brand new Miele Machine being manhandled to the house... The driver advised that his assistant was sick. The exact same thing happened when I received delivery of a Tumble Dryer from Appliance Centre - I wonder whether this is an exception or not...

We try & offer absolute clarity on product availability through our website so as to avoid any ambiguity or confusion. If an item is in stock it will be clearly shown as in stock. If not a delivery availability lead time will be provided.
Your default delivery service for any larger items is a free-of-charge two man service, which is what we pay our logistics partners for. If this is not what has been provided then we apologise on behalf of our delivery partner.

I would recommend this company
The online ordering process was simple and efficient. The delivery was quick and the appliance was delivered to it's final resting place.
Perhaps the only down side was that the delivery driver delivered the machine and left. We had to unpack and check the machine (which was fine) despite the pre delivery information which stated that the delivery 'team' would unpack and check the machine before leaving.

Extremely efficient service. I found this company via the web and was pleased to see a contact telephone number. The phone answered immediately by Mason who explained everything in detail. Very thorough from my first phone call to arranging delivery to suit my date. This company is the best that I have found in many years - personal contact is so important.

My online order took over 2 months to…
My online order took over 2 months to arrive and when the delivery date was confirmed the courier service would only give me a time slot 24hrs before the date. Won’t use them again!

Definitely would use again
Well informed with delivery. Never used company before but saw on Which website. I would certainly use again. Unlike other companies it was free delivery. Better price than others. Was given just a 4 hour delivery slot which meant I wasnt waiting all day. I was kept well informed from delivery driver who was extremely pleasant/polite. Nothing too much trouble. He even wheeled my old machine outside for me.
