Started charging me a late fee the…

Started charging me a late fee the first month, continuing to add a late fee every month until I caught it, then tried to say they were taking the late fee each month when auto drafting, and only a partial payment, which would generate a new late fee every month! Then the supervisor was extremely confrontational with me on the phone, talking over me, not allowing me to speak, and told me I wasn’t understanding her! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I told them to pick up the appliances!

SCAMMERS!!!

Be aware of these scammers!!!
They will get your money and will not deliver the goods.
Bought a washer/dryer combo 2 weeks ago and haven’t got it yet.. promising they will deliver and just keep you waiting.
Terrible customer service!!!
They even reply to my review in google and they put a fake email!!!
Still waiting for my money back and never got the washing machine/ dryer combo.

The Westinghouse oven delivered

The Westinghouse oven delivered being a second, was to contain possible cosmetic superficial scratches and/or dents "probably" on the back. When I unpacked the oven I found the door when closed, did not line up with the top of the oven cabinet. After measuring the cabinet diagonally, I found it was out of square by 11mm one way compared to the other diagonal measurement. It had obviously been dropped. Numerous calls to Appliances Warehouse were met with denial, defensive attitude, unhelpful resolution of the issue and eventually I gave up. Fortunately Westinghouse/Kelvinator took responsibility for handling of the situation on my behalf and resolved it. Thank you to them.

Bunch of crooks

I ordered a dyson fan in July, said it was being shipped, did not arrive. After several emails and delayed responses, they advised a delivery date. It still did not turn up. I sent an email (no telephone number????) asking for a refund to my account. The Sales director (Adam) replied to say it may take up to 10 working days. this was mid August. It is now Sept and I have not received a refund of my £300+. The website is no longer functioning and no one is replying to my emails on refund. will be taking this up as a fraudulent activity with my bank for recovery of funds. AVOID at all costs.

Ordered a Dyson

Ordered a Dyson, after 12 days enquired where it was, they answered that there had been a mix up and they couldn't get one. If i hadn't made contact i would still be waiting now. They then made sarcastic comments in their email. Very unprofessional.

Something fishy

Something fishy. Thought I was getting a deal too good to be true with the bargain prices. Don’t be fooled, just order from a reputable business. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and sent multiple queries and all I get is automated replies saying it will arrive on X date. The date keeps changing. Oh and 5% off my next order. I’d rather pull my own teeth out. Will be asking credit card company to get my money back. Surprised at all the new ‘positive’ reviews.

The worst online experience I’ve had

The worst online experience I’ve had. Order #1650 on 16/07. No email confirmation on purchase. No delivery within 5 working days as described online and no customer communication to warn of delays. I emailed/communicated via website (no phone number available) on a number of occasions to enquire about my order....no response at all.
My wife contacted them through an alternative email address to make a product enquiry just to check there was any legitimacy in this company...response within minutes. She then followed up with queries about my order and asked for a phone number to call to speak to someone.... responses then became slow and eventually stopped.
They did make a promise about delivery the following Monday and 5% off next order. Monday came and went and it seemed clearer something wasn’t right.
I started a transaction dispute with my bank and they recovered my money on 02/08, thankfully.
My recommendation is to completely avoid if you don’t want to spend days wondering who has your money and if you will ever see it again.

Extremely disappointing Service

Extremely disappointed with the lack of response and customer service. I placed an order 4 weeks ago (#1723) for a Dyson cooler fan and still it has not arrived. I keep getting fobbed off with the same emails saying it will be there by Tuesday, then it will be there by Friday and here is a voucher for 5% off your next order. You cannot keep stringing customers along. If you don't have the goods then tell us! I have now requested a full refund..and guess what...another email saying the goods will arrive on Tuesday and here is 5% off....customer service is just none existent and there is no way to call and enquire further. Hoping to see my refund ASAP.
