I ordered my new car in March. Jessica was very helpful and understanding even though I asked her to revise the quote many times as I was adding and removing options and reducing mileages etc. Once I placed the order, I was getting the updates from them for every week and finally, I received my car last week. I am super happy with the services from Applied Leasing.

Sam Watson at Applied Leasing went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted for the money we had. He was incredibly honest and at no point did he ever get annoyed, even though it took us nearly 6 weeks to decide on the car! Unlike a lot of other companies in this sector Applied made us feel completely safe and answered every question with confidence that we fired at them. There are no hidden costs and the fee they charge for their service is completely worth it; making your journey seamless, efficient and pain free! Very good service and always on the end of the phone to help us through the contract details.

I called for a quote on a vehicle and had to chase this three times to then be told the vehicle that was advertised was not available and they could offer another one at a lot more money.
People can draw there own conclusions from this but I certainly will not contact them again.
I have just checked their website to find that the original deal is still being shown. I shall be reporting to the relevant authorities and will discuss this with my lawyers.

The company is great and staff really helpful and sort everything out making the whole process easy - this is my third vehicle through them and never had any issues - Jess in particular is fantastic to deal with - I would highly recommend

Leasing my car through Applied Leasing was quick and easy , They helped every step of the way and helped with all questions and queries. My car was delayed to no fault of Applied Leasing this was a manufacturing issue. They were honest and accurate with lead times and my car was delivered 3 months later. My 2 litre VW Tiguan was a lovely car but expensive to run on my small annual mileage. Had my van delivered, one of many cars from Applied Leasing. Very happy with the service and weekly updates. Having read some of the negative reviews I would simply take these with a pinch of salt! I’m a mechanic dealing with shortages of parts and delays within the same industry. In addition, Applied Leasing made it very clear within all paperwork and calls that their fees are non refundable unless Applied Leasing are at fault. Delays by manufacture are not Applied Leasing fault and this is also stated in paperwork and calls. Iv had my holding deposit refunded after delivery as promised and I am happy with the service and communication given throughout. People should read their terms and conditions. Great service as always
