From my initial phone call to the delivery of my car, I was highly impressed with the tentative service I received. All my questions and queries were answered patiently, friendly and honestly. I will definitely continue to use Applied Leasing and recommend them to others. A lovely family run business with integrity. Thank you everyone, especially Jessica Sharples.

Be afraid - be very afraid. Where to start!!!
Put an order in for an Audi in May and paid £610 - £360 fee and £210 to hold the car order. I cancelled the order in July with the car still waiting for a build slot. Amazingly I still had to pay the £210 to hold a car that wasn’t even given a build slot.
At the same time I ordered a X6 for my wife in Artic Grey. Told it would be ready in August and asked for the dealership to hold it until 1st September to get a new reg on the day of new registration release as an added extra for my wife. My wife called a couple of weeks before to confirm everything was OK and was told after some backwards and forwards the car had been ordered in white. We said we didn’t want a white car and was told we could have an X6 in October / November in the correct colour and spec to which we agreed. Delivery of white BMW turned on the 1st September only to add to my wife’s disappointment - we sent it back. We were then told that the price of the X6 had gone up and they couldn’t match the price with any finder or dealership. In one phone call to Applied I was surprisingly told ‘we don’t supply the cars’. Unbelievable. Worst experience ever with a leasing company - we were let down on every level and hope no one has to suffer our experience going forward. Use at your own peril. We have walked away from them completely and gone back to Select Car Leasing.

Sam Watson has been amazing and very patient with my constant indecision on what car to have next! Excellent service! Would definitely use Applied Leasing again!

Having had an excellent 1st lease last year I'm disappointed in the customer service this time round. Jessica took over from Michelle but then fell short of the service I have previously recieved. Advising will keep me updated, not followed up and then advising we had spoken the day before when we hadnt, phone records confirm. Applied leasing the market has many other leasing companies to choose from. Need to review your customer service offering to remain competitive

Terrible company avoid at all costs people.They are nothing but a scam taking your money and not coming up with the goods.Don’t even offer a refund.They deserve No starts at all!!
The other vans you offered weren’t suitable for many reasons they were either too big or way out of price range.Iv leased before in the past and applied leasing are the only company not to offer a refund.JOKE!!

Terrible experience with them. I ordered a car in May 2022 for a September 2022 delivery. 1st September came and correct car but WRONG colour was delivered!! When speaking to Mike the Manager he put the blame on everyone but himself (meaning Applied Leasing) I honestly dont think I even got an apology just a "Cant believe this has happened". He now tells me it's going to cost me more money to get the spec and colour I want. Please stay away from this company, if you do go with them please check they have all the details correct. I have checked my order/finance form and it states the correct colour on there (Grey) But somehow they decided to order a white car. Have now cancelled my order and going with a different company as I have no confidence in them. This is going to cost me additional money thanks to them as the car value has increased in price from May (my original order date) to now (September). I am so very angry as I have been waiting since May for a car that I now have to reorder, pay more for and wait until the end of the year or March next year to get it!! All thanks to Applied Leasing and their incompetence

The staff at Applied Leasing are lovely, attentive and work hard to find the best deal - and availability of anything on 4 - or even 2 wheels, it seems!
I couldn't leave a review without mentioning Michelle - what a dynamo!! - expect a call from her any time between 8am and 6pm, keen to let you know of the latest not-to-be-missed jalopy.

So happy with Michelle. She is always available for all our inquiries and giving her best in providing the best deal. As your loyal customers, well done to Michelle and Applied Leasing. Thank you

I dealt with Jessica when ordering my wife’s new lease car. Jessica was amazingly helpful, explained everything and went above and beyond even replying to emails at 10pm at night. I would throughly recommend this company and in particular Jessica!

Michelle's service was incredible and she found the best deal by far on a 530e. I would highly recommend Applied Lease but ask for Michelle.

I was a little bit dubious at first about using this company at first. But I have to say the service I have received has been first class.Richard sourced the car for me in 2 days( this electric car is in very short supply). The car was delivered as ordered within 2 weeks. All the staff are very professional. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Honestly the worst and unorganised leasing company I’ve dealt with . Shame really because some of the staff are nice . Wasted a lot of time sorting things out with them, then for them to alter the pricing and say “it was a mistake” after it’s been signed… unacceptable.
