I appreciated the technician's enthusiasm for completing the job correctly. My yard was unavailable for pest control treatment because workers were repairing my fence. The technician called her manager for guidance and proceeded to treat the inside of the house and a small section of the outside. She also assisted me in scheduling a follow-up for a complete treatment at the next available appointment. I was impressed with the technician’s exceptional, customer-friendly service—a job… well done!

Mosses great, Aptive poor

Mosses was quite good and did his best to accommodate me. That is why I have given 5 stars for him - not for Aptive. When I asked Aptive to service me, I was having a severe problem with Carpenter ants. Aptive and I agreed on a time from 1-5 pm on Friday the 17th. I made other meetings and plans in the morning. Aptive gave Mosses a service time from 8am to 8pm to try to accommodate customers. He notified me at 8:43 am that he would be arriving in about 30 minutes. I had to drop all my plans and rush to get back home to be at my house. Was not happy about this. Not acceptable. I certainly would not rate Aptive 5 stars.

not product advertised

not a quality product and not what i signed up for. they have come to my house three times. they never once announced their arrival. they simply walked around the house sprayed the flower beds and left. they have never sprayed the interior of my home.

We have very little problems with any…

We have very little problems with any pests,,,fire ants or spiders or wasps, etc. If we have any problem we can call and Aptive will come out.

Bad customer service

I have been a costumer for years and I was very disappointed on how my last visit was treated. The technician assigned to my house sent me a message early in the morning to notify me that he had the wrong address and needed to call the office to send another person. I called to office to verify if they could give an estimate time since I asked for the morning off from work and I needed inside service. The lady than answered the phone could not find my information on the data base. I keep repeating, can you find my name?, she insisted that I needed to look or bring any piece of mail with my address to make sure I was reading it correctly.... Really??? I have lived in this address for 30 years; besides, you have gone to service my house all these years. Honestly, I was so frustrated with the lady that I hanged up. I called my job to let them know I was taking the rest of the day off since I did not know if someone was coming or not. Finally, I got a message from another technician around 3 PM to let me know he was on his way. I never got a call from the office to apologize. Since I am not able to get a good customer service on the phone, my next step is to stop by your office to cancel my membership.
