Expert Service

After some confusion over the date of my service, Tucker provided a thorough pest control application to the outside of my house yesterday.
I appreciate receiving a text message a few minutes before the technician arrives; and, then being asked if I had other issues since making the appointment.
Photos of the areas treated are also helpful.

Technician on time

Technician on time, helpful, and took care of roaches in bathroom first before spraying outside. Sometimes it’s hard to reschedule for either morning or afternoon

Wonderful experience, I give the highest rating.

Ron at Aptive Pest Control was super professional. He went above and beyond and even noticed a new problem developing with ants and caught it just in time before it would have become a bigger problem. He took care and didn’t rush. He was meticulous and at the same time took great care to be friendly and personable. Ron is the exceptional kind of individual who should get promoted to the highest position because he possesses the valuable qualities that others can learn from in life and truly is a great human being . It’s admirable how he finds joy in his work and is a pleasant person to be around. He brings up the value of the company because of his excellence. He makes the world a better place. I would highly recommend Aptive due to my experience with Ron.

Terrible technician and terrible job

The technician was feeble and physically unfit to do the job.
The tank was too heavy for his back.
He was afraid of spiders and allergic to chemicals he told me that
He was inconsiderate stepping out from the balcony to the light colour carpet and stained it.
He was in a hurry to complete the job to go for his next appointment.
He suggested for me to call back the office and arrange for another technician to come and finish the job.

Poor communication and incomplete service

Despite the fact that we specifically requested indoor treatment, the technician did not ring the doorbell when they arrived or even try to contact us about coming inside. So they did not address the issue we were having with ants inside the house.

I called to cancel my pre scheduled…

I called to cancel my pre scheduled treatments and the service representative told me that I would have to call to schedule my next service. 2 days later, I had a service tech at my home telling me that he was unable to cancel my service appointment without being charged.

Our pest problem is not being dealt with

Our pest problem presently is clothes moths. Aptive has done zero to help with this problem. The traps that they supplied first had no phermones, and now the new traps have phermones that do not work. I am about to cancel the service. I have found that Bug MD traps work great but we still have moths.. Why do I have to pay out-of-pocket to buy traps that are effective?

I have very happy with the pest control…

I have very happy with the pest control people for as long a I've had aptive.
I would like a business card to put with my files if needed.
Recently however I had to change my visa and debit card numbers. I have dfficulty with the computers so asked to change the number on the phone. She said she could not do it and I would have to use the computer. Therefor I was sent to collections. I called the company and they said they could help me and did.
