We called Aptive to get rid of ants

We called Aptive to get rid of ants . Ants are still in the house . I don’t know what to do . They already came twice . They applied multiple chemicals . Nothing helps . The applied liquid chemical around the perimeter on the concrete. The applied hard granules on the soil around the perimeter . Inside they applied glue looking like substance from the tube. Ants still seem to come back . They are unable to get rid of them . We will have to use some other service. Thank you .

Terrible experiences with Customer…

Terrible experiences with Customer service
Customer Service has been absolutely ineffective for me and, in fact, regardless of continuing issues, I avoid calling them. They are that frustrating. There is a wide disparity in the service from Service Techs. It ranges from superb service to a hurried, less-than-10-minute call. That translates into an expensive, non-effective experience. Will probably cancel the service.

You folks are very good at giving…

You folks are very good at giving notice as to our scheduled maintenance and the technicians are are always polite and professional. Bees and small flying insects continue to appear around my back porch and flower beds. These are close to the house and can be annoying.

After the last service

After the last service, I had an infestation of ants inside the house and ticks in my backyard, as well as bees at the back of the house. I called the service technician who performed the service and sent him pictures of the issues. He promised to have his boss contact me to reschedule a service for my house, but that never happened. I'm extremely unhappy.

Great service

My house has been bug free and critter- free since using Aptive. I feel that they are aware of making their applications with my safety and safety of the environment in mind. I also appreciate their professionalism and friendly staff. I have no complaints. They meet my needs.

Excellent Service and Results!
