The technician that serviced my home…

The technician that serviced my home did not do a very good job. He did not take the time or care to spread the product around my home in a meaningful way. The pictures that he included on my summary were not all of my home. He stated that he spread my yard with granules upon watching my security footage that never happened. After reviewing all my security footage, I found the visit to be very unprofessional.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service! Technicians are accommodating, listening to the customer’s needs and concerns. Technician also went over the care plan for the visit. Aptive’s team is always warm, kind and friendly. It’s a pleasure to have a company fulfill its mission.

Chris my service tech was very prompt…

Chris my service tech was very prompt and did a great job. He was very good at keeping me informed of arrival and checking if I needed anything special. The company has greatly improved on keeping the client informed.

The technician painted my storm door…

The technician painted my storm door with his product leaving white streaks on a newly painted blue door. I spent 30 minutes cleaning it off and now feel ill as I’m very sensitive to their sprays.

5 Star service from Dalton…

Dalton was the technician that serviced my home. He was on time and notified me of his arrival when on his way. He asked what my problem areas were, and treated them. I appreciated the pictures he sent. He even sent a photo of the rodent bait box. He was thorough and took his time with my property. I had forgotten to ask about the mosquito boxes but he saw them and took care of them as well, without me asking.

Koi did my pest service yesterday and…

Koi did my pest service yesterday and was able to complete the service in a timely manner. He was an excellent communicator and asked me about any problem areas around the exterior of my house. Besides doing the regular service, he made sure to address the any problem I was having. When he finished, he sent me pictures of the areas he treated, along with any information I needed to know about the service. Very impressed!

The technician did not notify me that…

The technician did not notify me that he was there when he arrived. He sprayed with my dogs outside. Normally they knock and I close the dog's door.

He failed to check the rodent traps which is the main reason I hired this company.
This is the third time they have cancelled their visit. I have attempted to contact someone but they make it truly difficult to do so.

I would like to cancel my service.
