My main reason for using this service…

My main reason for using this service is because of mosquitoes. And to this point the treatments have not been effective. I keep being told it takes several treatments to get rid of them completely. So I’m going to give it a few more treatments and if they do not get better then I’ll cancel and find another company.

Feels like a scam

Changed my thoughts

I had a bad couple treatments to my property and was considering cancelling. After calling Aptive and talking to a very nice woman about my disappointments, she said it was unacceptable and took very good notes. A young man came out and took care of all of my complaints. Aptive did a great job no charge. I am very satisfied and would recommend them.

I have been happy for the most part

I have been happy for the most part. The mosquitoes are gone and that was huge. But after the last service I had a problem with ants in my kitchen.I sprayed them with ant killer and they seem to be gone for now

All persons that havehouse…

All persons that have been to my house have been great. The service is great, scheduling appointments has been easy and the technicians always send pictures and are thorough with their communication.

The only reason I signed up for Aptive was to spray my yard for mosquitos and to reduce the amount of mosquitos out there. Aptive does not spray the actual trees, they just put one small canister hanging from a branch in my backyard and call it a day. I’m likely to cancel my service.
