Fees are too high for services…

Fees are too high for services provided. After cancellation we were hit with another $199 cancellation fee that was not explained at time of sign up for this service. Steer clear.

They are good on time and schedule
I’ve noticed less and less bugs or ants around my house
The service people are very friendly and follow what I requested.
Sorry I have to stop this subscription because I can’t afford due to my retirement account and very limited.

Totally disappointed with overall services

Issue was with Ants in my lawn and around the house. I have been explicit to mention this all the time. It’s been more than a year and no improvement at all. Zero value in return for the money I paid.

Terrible tactics

There are many bad reviews about this company, believe them!. I just made a call, that was it. Didn't sign up, didn't even look at the website form they emailed but they just showed up the next morning and woke us all up! Never should any company come to your house unscheduled, or uninvited after one phone call. Google search showed they also have lawsuits apparently from bad practices.

I was given advice like caulking around my windows and entry points which helped immensely. The young man even checked to see my work at his next visit.

No response back from office manager at…

No response back from office manager at Farmington Hills location. Asked multiple times to speak with him. I believe his name is James but the call center people would not give me his name, phone number or email. I have been a customer for close to 10 years and it is absurd that I cannot get a response from a person responsible for this area.
