Too much talk-Read the room
My wife was relaxing on the front porch when Richard came to do our service in Statesville this past Friday. She got annoyed because he would not stop talking and complaining about how he had to drive all over the place doing his job. His talking was incessant and she was not interested in his problems.

The last technician that came out was great he did exactly what I asked him to and now I haven't been bitten by Mites as of yet
The fact that I don't feel anything crawling or biting on me I'm able to sleep get some rest and get up in the morning do what I need to do.

Unable to pick my own times for a technician to come out
The honest truth is I like to pick my own times and every time I go on your app to pick a time for pest control to come out, there are no times available. Also I have had on more than one occasion still an infestation with bugs and haven’t had been successful with getting the problem resolved. I have spoken to someone as well as sent pictures in where I am unhappy about the service, but yet to no avail, I’m still not getting the best service that I should be getting. Thank you for your concern in this matter.
