Customer service is superb

Customer service is superb.
They listen to my requests and or concerns and help me immediately. The guys that come here to spray are always gentleman and also listen to and help as they can while working.

Not Worth the Cost and Unhelpful Customer Service

I was under contract with Aptive Pest Control for over 12 months, but when I needed to end my service just one month early, I was still charged a fee of more than $200. Despite how long I had been a customer, they refused to work with me in any meaningful way.

The customer service representatives are polite, but that’s about where the helpfulness ends. If you aren’t interested in continuing or expanding your service, they will not do anything to assist you or find a reasonable solution.

The actual pest control service was adequate, but certainly not worth the high cost—especially given how they treat loyal customers. I would not recommend Aptive and encourage others to read the fine print carefully before signing up.

Check Check - Before and After the Services

There is good advance notice of the visit and asked if there were any problem areas to know about. After the services were completed, the technician sent me a report with the treatments and other services received that time. A few photos of the work were were also provided. At the end a notice of the next visit.

Frienfly responsive..would prefer 1/2hour lead time for visit so if I want to meet I can or the ability to schedule visit time in advance(for routine visits)…pleased with aptive

Never seem to get pest under control…

Never seem to get pest under control before it happens. Then always say it will take time to take effect. Relay information and get no feedback on what they did. What they did is a statement they use every time.

Every time these guys come to my home, they are not only mindful of pest control, but also my pets and my time. They're always punctual, text to let me know they're on the way & go over before and after what they're treating for and how they treated and where. GREAT SERVICE ALWAYS!

The tech was really nice and polite

The tech was really nice and polite. They are very punctual and I have only had 1 treatment that was not up to standard in over a year and I can’t say it was the tech’s fault that they had him treat my property in the rain.

Since I have very little experience…

Since I have very little experience with this type of service..I don't have anything to compare it to. I did have to call them back for something that wasn't done, but they were prompt to fix the issue . We still have bugs, spiders that come back, but maybe that's to be expected.
