On time and communication was great

On time and communication was great. Still not seeing the results expected from the product. Ants, ticks, gutter spiders and gnats and mosquitoes are still a big problem even after three sprays.

I am still seeing ants and spiders…

I am still seeing ants and spiders around the house. While I was told I should give it 3 to 4 weeks for the treatment to work, I was being treated by another company and I did not see either just after the treatment.
UPDATE:
The spiders and ants seem to have disappeared. The technician who has been coming out is friendly and seems thorough.

Well they promised a lot originally and have backed off of a lot of those promises. We are currently looking for a new pest service

Service people are kind and respectful

Service people are kind and respectful. Haven't seen any of the pesky ants since starting services with this company. It's a relief to be able to adjust the appointment date when things come up unexpectedly.

Team members are always pleasant

Team members are always pleasant, but need more knowledge of the treatments being provided and treatments that be added day of. Follow through on what was offered could be better. Was told traps would be dropped off the next day. Did not receive nor get a correspondence explaining why items were not brought.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars…

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars this time is, ever since we started using Aptive I was delighted to no longer have to do a bi-weekly brush down of cobwebs and spider webs on my front porch, especially between the railings. But since the last visit I have had to brush them down myself a few times. Don’t know if he missed doing that or what, but that was one of my favorite benefits. Otherwise, good job and service.

Re-Schedual

I had to reschedual my appointment, the person you sent was not very professional. Knocked on my door said I’m here and then shot bug spray straight across my front door with it open. All over some wood shelves that were on the porch. Not happy about that. I’ve all ready done this survey once and never heard a thing back. But that’s how this company operates, I also don’t like that there is no # to call to reach anyone!!!!!!

Service no-show!

I received two emails prior to the scheduled service date of Wednesday and then I got this request here to review the service on Tuesday. You tell me what’s going on Because we didn’t see anyone here servicing. I expect you to refund whatever you charged me this month. Any questions please call me at 336-749-6161. Jasmine responded to this review however her facts are incorrect. I have emails from Aptiv dated 4/5 and 4/8 both of which say my service was scheduled to be on 4/9 not on 4/22 as her response says. My experience with Aptive says their biggest weakness is scheduling. I expect my charges to my credit card this month will be refunded.
