Unable to pick my own times for a technician to come out

The honest truth is I like to pick my own times and every time I go on your app to pick a time for pest control to come out, there are no times available. Also I have had on more than one occasion still an infestation with bugs and haven’t had been successful with getting the problem resolved. I have spoken to someone as well as sent pictures in where I am unhappy about the service, but yet to no avail, I’m still not getting the best service that I should be getting. Thank you for your concern in this matter.

Marked Decrease in Pests (Mosquitoes, Ticks, etc.)

I have noticed a marked decrease in mosquitoes during the Summer months. They are reliable, can reschedule when asked, come monthly, have a reasonable price, have friendly competent technicians who seek feedback and are responsive to my concerns.

The representative checked around the…

The representative checked around the house for spider webs. He cleaned and sprayed around the house. Even though he normally does not do pest control in the yard he checked the places we previously had ant hills. He did a great job.

They're gone!

Since joining Aptive about 10 months ago, I have had none of the repetitive issues inside that I had for years with ants. They're gone. My technician arrives on time and does an extremely thorough job of treating the yard and inside when I'm here. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful to work with.

Don't use Aptive! Heed the negative reviews.

*EDIT*- The company did reach out and refund the cancelation fee. I have added one star for customer service, though I am frustrated that I had to wait until the company saw reviews to be heard.
Don't use Aptive. They charged my account despite my informing them I was canceling and refused to refund. I was not satisfied with their service regardless, but it added more fuel to the fire of an already shitty situation. They also charged $200 to cancel on top of the refusal to refund.

For All Your Insect Needs.........

The Service Technicians are very thorough and very knowledgeable about what insects need taken care of in the area and at the time of year they are rendering service. Furthermore, the customer service representatives and their supervisors are very accommodating when there is a rare issue that needs corrected. The company's representatives are always professional; thorough and courteous; always positive and pleasant. All in all, I recommend this company without any reservations.

Communications between customer and…

Communications between customer and company are good for the most part but sometimes slow to get responses.
Personnel are very friendly and accommodating and happy to go the extra mile when needed.
Getting seasonal mosquito coverage is a nice option but my standing order was lost in the shuffle between management and exterminator working my house.
