Expert Service by Gus

Gus did a wonderful job servicing our property including spraying the entire lawn for gnats, ticks and other pests. Sprayed around the perimeter of the house, garage and shed. He was very friendly, courteous and thorough.

Very inconsistent work performance

Very inconsistent work performed by the various techs. Some were excellent, while others overlooked some of the routine responsibilities.
Inexplicable and inefficient scheduling of techs. There were days my neighbor (who has also cancelled his service with Aptive) had a different tech at a different time than me, BUT ON THE SAME DAY as me. The most basic business efficiency
would seem to have one tech handle the
two properties consecutively.
I spoke to two different managers about issues, months apart. I made only one request that would have kept me an Aptive customer: promise me that only Nate or Chris will service my property in the future. “We can’t promise that,” I was told. OK, then I will not be renewing service when my contract expires.
It would have been so simple to keep me an Aptive customer. (One of those two techs told me that he has customers that ONLY he services. So, it actually CAN be done.

Wonderful service and a truly enjoyable outcome

We started our monthly service approx 10 mos ago. They have always been on time, professional and genuinely interested in our observations and needs. Every tech has been polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Last summer we had our most enjoyable outdoor experience ever. They treat out home interior as well and always discuss out past month ask if we have noticed any issues. They are genuine, caring and have always done an incredible job. We have butterflies, and hummingbirds in abundance ...and a definite drop in wasp and nuisance pests outdoors.

Still have ants at the same area of my…

Still have ants at the same area of my home. I pay $105.00 a month and have had absolutely no positive results. Will be canceling my contract!!!

What makes Aptive a good fit for me

What makes this company a good fit for me is their promptness, thoroughness, and courtesy. They always arrive when they say they will with a heads up on when they will arrive. I like that. They go about the job in a thorough manner. How do I know that? Because the house has been virtually bug-free since we’ve been using them. And every one of the techs I’ve met and dealt with has been courteous and professional. For me, that makes them a keeper!
