Roaches in my kitchen!

Roaches in my kitchen!! . I wasn’t feeling well when the tech came so I did not ask him to come in — I am sensitive to the smell of the chemicals used. However, I cannot have roaches in my house. Additionally, I request afternoon service yet a tech comes in the morning. Please acknowledge receipt and respond. Thank you

They notify me every month when they…

They notify me every month when they are coming and always arrive on that day. They treat the outside of my house in about half an hour and text me photos of where they worked. I've been very satisfied with their service.

No option to schedule beyond one week

This company’s website doesn’t let you choose the dates of the service and makes one for the client w/o their approval. And makes it hard for the client to change the service dates to beyond the week. Can’t do a month ahead. Only gives the option to schedule within the week. And when you try to reschedule, the website is down. I called in one time to let them know it’s hard to reschedule appointments that I hadn’t even made but was made for me automatically. So I was able to make an appointment further out in between services.

I had a very pleasant experience with Ericsson

I had a very pleasant experience with a few technicians but not all. My last service was excellent but overall it’s consistently satisfactory, only because some technicians are better, more attentive to specific needs than others.
