No option to schedule beyond one week

This company’s website doesn’t let you choose the dates of the service and makes one for the client w/o their approval. And makes it hard for the client to change the service dates to beyond the week. Can’t do a month ahead. Only gives the option to schedule within the week. And when you try to reschedule, the website is down. I called in one time to let them know it’s hard to reschedule appointments that I hadn’t even made but was made for me automatically. So I was able to make an appointment further out in between services.

I had a very pleasant experience with Ericsson

I had a very pleasant experience with a few technicians but not all. My last service was excellent but overall it’s consistently satisfactory, only because some technicians are better, more attentive to specific needs than others.

The technicians polite and helpful

The technicians are polite and knowledgable. They have helped with keeping mosquitos from swarming on our patio. Also keep other pests at bay. I appreciate the nontoxic formula they spray.

You promised monthly service, what happened??

Sales person came here selling a monthly service with guaranteed that after 4-5 months we wouldn’t see any more rats. 4-5 later, rats were still here and their monthly service, became bi-monthly.

The service is decent but not great

The service is decent but not great. After the treatment was applied, I went out into my backyard and still found lots of spider webs even though the treatment is supposed to include dewebbing. I also found a very large trail of ants after I had specifically mentioned that ants were an issue. The service is done very quickly, which can be a good thing or a bad thing. In this case, there have been several occasions where treatment is complete within 20 minutes, which tells me the employee is not being entirely thorough and then I'm still finding issues that should be pretty obvious if there is attention to detail.
