Ralph Diaz is very much a "go -getter"!

Ralph Diaz is very much a "go -getter". Loved Ralph's enthusiasm to make sure I was getting the best service he could provide. From the beginning, Ralph made sure I knew that for only $10 more I could be on the Premium membership. Secondly, he provided pest control for pest in my garden also. I really appreciated all of his suggestions. He continued to let me know that if I needed anything to let him know. Great service provided by Ralph Diaz!

Careless

Careless, has left rat traps open to enable our dog to eat the poison, which I found and corrected in time to save our dog. Not responsive to requests for rebating of all rat traps. Only some were serviced.

Not effective

We pay for mosquito control in addition to pest control, there has been zero improvement in mosquito control and moderate improvement in pest control. For what we pay, it's disappointing. As soon as my contract is up, I'm out.

Exceptional Service!

Jovon notified us how long it will take for him to be here, asked if we had concerns, sprayed everywhere, cleaned up webs, checked for bees and wasps and more. Then followed up with a status report. I was very impressed with his work. Great job!

Personal Service

Technician was very thorough and explained what he was planning to do and asked if we noticed any pests inside. He explained that he could not deal with bees because of environmental laws.

What I appreciate is the message telling me when the technician is scheduled to arrive, then the face to face chat where the technician ask about any issues or infestations that I may have noticed and need taken care of, and finally the comprehensive review once the treatment is done.
