Paul was very thorough in his service

Paul was very thorough in his service. He even caught the white flies on my plants. He is always a pleasure to talk to and addresses any concerns that I have.

You have ask me to give a review and scored you for your recent service not for the service it was for if I would recommend anyone I said no only because I need service more often than what you per vide me with a service agent called me the next day I explained the situation and was supposed to have called me back on trying to get service more offern but never did so I’m most likely going to cancel the service I’m tired of broken promises

Excellent service

Excellent service, he was very attentive to areas where bugs are. and cleaned out the areas under the eaves where the cobwebs are. and sprayed around the house.

I hire this company because rats in my…

I hire this company because rats in my attic , they only care about spiders ants and insects, but never work to eliminate rats in the contract I signed specifically express my problems rats , never killed one, just installed boxes and never checked if the got them , definitely I do not recommend this company .

They send you pictures of what they have done

They called/texted when they would arrive about 30 minutes prior to arrival. They asked during the phone/text if there were any concerns and outlined what they were planing on doing. Very courteous and always very professional.

Not Satisfied with the Level of Service

Unfortunately, the technician did not fully spray the exterior of my home. The technician stated that the gate was locked and, therefore, the work could not be completed. However, the gate was not locked. It appears that the technician did not attempt to open the gate, as it would have opened if tried.
As a result, I am being invoiced for work that was reported as completed but was not fully performed to my satisfaction. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and that the invoice be adjusted accordingly, or that the incomplete portion of the service be rescheduled and completed.
