Poor service

First it was rainining I ask if doing this treatment would work with the hard rain. The tech was due between 10 - 2 and did show up until after 4.
He was here only abou 10-15 minutes since he sprayed the bugs are worst not better. I am going to change if your company can't control the crickets that keep coming into kitchen

The techs that come out are always great I didn't pick the highest level of service so maybe that's why I'm not seeing the results I would like but for the most part I think it's been helpful

I have called and emailed to ask for…

I have called and emailed to ask for the $150 gift card that was promised to be sent after my enrollment and 90 days after I signed on. After being told by several reps that they would look into it I waited and waited . I called back and emailed and nothing. This is fraud. Your promotions seem to me a lie. I will call back again tomorrow. Probably to be promised it will be looked into again, I’m sure.

(1) I sent an email requesting invoices for services rendered: No response.(2) You sent me an email saying I owed $79.99 I asked the pest rep what was my fee & he said $39.99. I do not understand your billing

Workers are always very polite when they come to the house. They let you know in advance when they're on their way and may always address the particular issues that we are having in addition to their normal treatment. I have found them easy to work with, and they have been very effective.
