Eli kept me informed of my service the day he came. He did a complete job on the outside of my property and took pictures so I was informed of what he did.
He was informative and thorough.

The service & knowledge provided by their technicians is outstanding. They all seem to love their jobs and believe in the company's goals.

I have enjoyed each technician that has been to my home. They've all listened to my issues and knew exactly what needed to be done to take care of the issue. They're always respectful, nice and on time. The service they provide is outstanding!

Horrible service

Horrible service. Voles have gotten worse this year than ever. Tried to contact rep ... no response ... called service and so far nothing. Told the tech who gave me the "not sure what you want me to do" look. We will switch back to EcoShield

Jayce was outstanding! He asked what areas I would like him to pay special attention to and he thoroughly went through those with extra attention. He was polite and very friendly and I was very pleased with his work.

Dolan took care of what was needed…

Dolan took care of what was needed after previous appt was cancelled. Previous driver did not come to the door. He saw me in the yard and my dog in the back yard. Cancelled appointment and drove off without inquiring. So I was inconvenienced and had to re-schedule with customer service.

Ok, but Sketchy

They did an ok job throughout the year, but their sales guy was VERY pushy and promised me I'd be refunded the cancelation fee for leaving my previous contract. That simply never happened. After signing on, the sales rep I worked with was MIA.

Our specialist was courteous to let us…

Our specialist was courteous to let us know when he would be arriving. He also used a pet-friendly solution so it wouldn’t harm our chickens. He was diligent about noticing any cracks in the foundation of the house.
