This time and 40% of the visits I had…

This time and 40% of the visits I had to supervise your employees as they seem not to care of what they were doing.
Never had replacement traps and lack of materials to perform the inside of the house. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know

Service scheduled for June 5, 2025, I believe.

My service was scheduled for June 5, 2025, I believe. But I was not home and when I came home there was not a notice placed on my door stating that anyone had been there. The previous company, RIDD, always placed a notification on my door to let me know that someone had been there which gave me a sense of accomplishment on their part. With no notification, I can't even ascertain that anyone was there. The only notification I received was an email that you had been there. RIDD sent an email along with leaving a notification of their visit.

You can always count on them

You can always count on them. Was afraid they were going to show up while I was not at home as I had a doctor’s appointment. They were nice enough to change their schedule around and come while we were home.

Live roaches found in same area that was treated the next day. Asked for flying insect plug ins in advance and did not receive them.

They never clean the cob webs off the…

They never clean the cob webs off the porch. The last one was on his phone and only sprayed 1/2 the house. Have been unimpressed by this company and will not be renewing our contract.

They get the job done right!

They get the job done and if I ever had an issue in between applications they always come back out right away with no complaints. They always do a great job and all the technicians are very helpful and respectful.

Very bad service

The service at my house has been bad since the first visit. I had to have your company come back after the first visit and actually clean around the house. I just wanted out of the contract since the very first visit, it was so BAD.

Why we like Aptive

I have no bugs!

I have no bugs!! They text when they are coming and send pictures afterwards. If I need them to concentrate on something, I can reply to their text and let them know. They are very responsive and friendly. They clean up the spider webs and their eggs. They do a great job overall and the price is reasonable.
