I have moved from the residence where I received the Aptive services. Last month I sent them a letter to cancel the services but they still showed up today.

They provide adequate information on…

They provide adequate information on their services they provide, when they are planning on arriving on site. A full report of what was done, to include pictures of their work. This report is generated once the work has been completed and sent via email which I greatly appreciate. I’ve never had any problems or issues with any of their service technicians since I started receiving their services in 2021. I greatly appreciate all the hard work they have put into making this happen.

We signed up for quarterly treatments, not bi-monthly.

We signed up for quarterly treatments, and they keep trying to come bi-monthly. I have to call them every time to reschedule. They showed up yesterday 7 weeks after our last treatment, not 12 weeks. I called and told them I want to be credited for the treatment, since we are every 12 weeks and she said I should hear back from someone in 1-2 days. We are not happy customers and would not recommend Aptive to anyone. I feel they are being dishonest and trying to scam customers.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. I can absolutely understand how frustrating it would be to sign up for quarterly service and then feel like you’re constantly having to call to correct the schedule. That’s not the kind of experience we want anyone to have with Aptive.

If your plan is set for treatments every 12 weeks, you shouldn’t have to repeatedly reschedule visits that are being set sooner than expected. I also understand why being serviced at 7 weeks instead of 12, and then needing to request a credit, would add to that frustration.

At Aptive Environmental, transparency and consistency matter. Feeling like you have to question the timing of visits or billing is not acceptable, and it’s certainly not our intention. I would really like the opportunity to review your account, confirm the agreed service frequency, and make sure any necessary credits are applied promptly. We can also ensure your schedule is corrected moving forward so you’re not put in this position again.

Excellent pest control company.

We moved into a home that had been sitting vacant for a while. I was struggling getting control over the bugs, mainly silverfish. After the second treatment, the bugs were gone and have not retuned. I appreciate that I get a notification a week before treatment is scheduled, the day of, and the report shortly after treatment is done. They are professional and pleasant. I had any issue that came up with yellow jackets, someone showed up within a couple of days to treat. A+

Great service and communication!

Communication is always prompt and clear, service has always been great, and any time I've had to call them back (rare) they do so at no charge. I've used them for years to keep my home and yard pest free.

Don't sign the Contract!!!

The company's product does not hold truth to getting rid of pest, nor is it 12 months of service, however you pay for the full 12 months. I would not have signed a contract had I known the product was so misleading coming from the sales guy.

The service tech guys were beyond courteous when they came out to deliver the service.

Technician notified me when she would arrive, arrived on time, was friendly, listened to my concerns and responded appropriately.
Completed the service in a timely manner and checked in at the end to determine if there were any lingering concerns.

Service is consistent

Service is consistent, they communicate well regarding when the next service will be, and the technicians send me detailed reports about what was done, usually with photos. The issues I have had is regarding how often they come, and rescheduling. It's difficult to find a number to call to talk to a live person. And they try go come and charge more often than what I expect (around 6-8 times a year vs 4 times)

We’ve had to request some call backs…

We’ve had to request some call backs because our ant situation was still happening. The return visits were always easily scheduled and at no charge. Over time, things seem to be getting under control.

It was average to good

It was average to good. I have had problems with Aptive in the past, but they appear to be better now. I don't like needing this service and it seems to cost too much for the amount of time spent on site and the list of chemicals used. I fired them before, and will do so again permanently if my service is not found to my satisfaction.
