Another Positive Visit

Matthew messaged me when I was to be the next customer. When he arrived he told me exactly what he was going to treat that day. Checked to see if I had concerns in any areas of the house. Once he was finished then I got a detailed update. That helps make the photos more meaningful.
So far all of the techs from Aptive have been professional, friendly and always share details as well as make sure my questions and concerns are addressed.

I am not sure why the ants are all over…

I am not sure why the ants are all over my house, Inside and the outside !!!!???
Your cru hey have been here several times and did their best to get rid of them but they are not gone yet.

Service

The service people who have come have usually been polite and do their work quickly, but carefully. My main struggle has been that if I happen to not be home I have no idea if they’ve come because they don’t leave anything at the door. Since they give a long time span on when they might be there, I sometimes can’t actually be home that whole day to see if they’ve come.

Dylan was great

Dylan was great! He got to our home and asked us about problem areas. Walked around with my husband to make sure we got all of the areas. Afterward he send me pictures of the areas he covered! Thank you!

We've had four treatments and thought the sugar ants were gone - but they are back this morning!!!

Bonnie was my service person. I want to give a shout out to your awesome kindness and knowledge and professionalism towards me and the things I asked to really focus on. Great Service

I was notified when the tech was on his way and he was courteous and friendly when he arrived. He asked me if I needed house or just yard and if I had any special concerns before he started and he did a great job when he was here. He even sent me pictures of what he did and let me know when he was done.

For many years we've battled small ants. Since I've been using Aptive, we have seen very few, and only briefly. It's been great.

Review

The person (sorry can't remember his name) that sprayed our house on 6/26 was the most thorough that we have ever had. Also, why doesn't Aptive have the same employee do the same customers for every appointment. In Calif. we have the same employee every month.

It has been previous techs.I don't know…

It has been previous techs.I don't know whom sets scheduled times to be serviced. We have had a tech arrive at 8 pm. He came to service our home in the dark. When I am given a time between 8 am- 7pm. I am committed to stay home waiting. We have to unlock our gate to the backyard. Very inconvenient when not given some time frame.

Aptive employees that come out to spray…

Aptive employees that come out to spray your place for bugs hurry through it so fast that it takes 5 minutes or less to go around everywhere and you still have bugs when they are finished.
When you cancel your account they take money from you for services not provided to you.
If they come to your door with their high pressured sales pitch...follow your instincts and just shut the door.
