I always appreciate a heads up text on what time they will be here. He was puntual and courteous adding coverage for his shoes. He came in to address the ants we had seen in and around our kitchen. Very thorough and polite.

The Aptive technician (Finn) did not…

The Aptive technician (Finn) did not give me any of the gel ant killers that I requested while he was here. He said he would drop them off over a week ago, but has never shown up. I reached out to him twice since then and have received no response.

Most of the time they are prompt and…

Most of the time they are prompt and complete in treating my little pests that appear from time to time. Sugar ants are a tough one but have far less issues since we began treating the home for them. Spiders are the next one and they are elusive but Aptive will come and treat when we need them.

Technician was excellent

Technician was polite, respectful of our property, fulfilled my requests and communicated well. We hear a lot of people complaining about ants but we are not seeing them.

It is the season for ants

It is the season for ants! Ugh! I called to have someone come and review the situation. I hoped for a great resolution and I got it! Within a few days the ant population had decreased considerably. The service rep was friendly and informative!

Requested all service to arrive at 1pm …

Requested all service to arrive at 1pm or after 1pm. Showed up 9am Service is to be outside and inside house. I’m not up at 9am, still sleeping. I’m retired.

Cancellation fee is unacceptable

I did not see any significant improvement in the infestations to our home. Plus, I think you should be ashamed of yourselves for charging a fee for discontinuing services.
I would not only not recommend your service, but I would warn my friends of your discontinuation fee.
