The agents are amazing but the product…

The agents are amazing but the product used doesn't work, we are on month 3 I think and after the last scheduled service I had to call them out to redo our inside because the spiders aren't dying and after their coming out again we had some huge spiders by our front door and my mother in law is allergic to spiders

Lower your expectations with them

I signed on with your company because they said they could exterminate my backyard rats along with the insects. They have been treating my yard for almost 2 years and the rat issue still exists. I’m paying an extra 15 dollars each month just for the rats. The guy that treated my yard said rats are abundant in my area and will always have them.

Aptive personnel are professional

Aptive personnel are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Recommendation— do better with callback to the customer when Aptive automated answering says that I will get a call back instead of staying on the line waiting for an agent to talk to.

Watch your service Service schedule with Aptive.

The terms of our Service agreement were not adhered to. Specifically, the agreement was the earlier of the two between (4) treatments total and 12 months, whereas Aptive were supposed to come out Quarterly (4 times) in a 12-month period, with any additional treatments 'on request' and billed accordingly.
Aptive was setting appointments at their leisure, showing up every 6 weeks or so and billing out extra treatments I hadn't authorised.
When I caught on, I had to call them and essentially argue that they were coming out way too often, which I never asked for. Sure, I paid them for every visit- they were happy to come out as often as they could get away with. I got no satisfactory answer as to why they were servicing my property so often.
Watch your schedule if you have a contract, so that you are not stuck paying for unnecessary services.
I fulfilled my contractual obligation within the first 6 months, then I told them I would not be renewing.
In fairness, I saw no problems with the quality of their work, and their technicians were always courteous & friendly. It's just their business practices that were pretty sketchy.

Excellent service

The last several home services have been very thorough with the technician providing explanations for what they are doing and why.
Whether it's the technician in our home or the customer service representative on the phone, I have felt that they take the time to listen to our concerns and act on them.

Don't expect them to show up.

You say someone is coming to service and they do not show up, not even a message to say they're not coming. You don't seem to care about waisting your customer's time.
