I have been an Aptive customer for over 5 years and appreciate the customer service they provide. The recommended service scheduling is automatic but gives me the option to change the date if needed. The service technicians communicate with me via text or call to give me an estimated time of arrival. The technicians are knowledgeable of the different types of pests and they address all my concerns. If I noticed pests between recommend service, then they would come and provide a touch up for free. I’m a satisfied customer and will continue to use the service.

Aptive experienc thus far
1. We were having a problem with cockroaches (or a similar roach) with our previous pest control company. Aptive seems to have resolved it.
2. Much more expensive than my previous 2 companies.
3. Told Aptive initially that I wanted the inside of the house done. The first 2 appointments, I wasn't available, but the tech's asked me about it. This last appointment, I was avaialable, but it wasn't mentioned by the tech.
4. Aptive says, "call us if you have any issues" but I don't have a number for them.

Top quality service keeping pests at bay in an environmentally friendly way. I get a full report of pesticides used and a choice. Technicians are always knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful, treating additional areas as needed, clearing all eves of wasp nests at every visit, making ants disappear, etc. Highly recommended service.

Didn’t complete service. Certain concerns weren’t fixed or addressed. Several wasps nest left even after verifying. Technician stated didn’t have a tall enough ladder. A lot of missed spots. Cob webs still left. Too many things wrong to write. Don’t have time. Not satisfied or happy.

This is a great business, all employees are young hard workers, polite, and they all will send you a before and after photos.
They even remove the spider web ( amazing!).
