Checked to see if anything needed to be done inside the home before working on the outside. Did it and provided pictures via text so I could see that the work was completed. Very good company
They have done a great job at my home. The only issue is they don’t send the same person every time. So I feel like I have to be there to train them as my house and property are a little different. Some technicians are more thorough than others. But overall very good company. And the products they use are very effective.

Aptive returned to my house to treat an area inside the house. I have waited a week but the treatment for ants does NOT seem to have helped. Perhaps a longer time is needed. I appreciate their prompt return to try and satisfy my concerns. Hopefully soon the ants will disappear since the heat is coming to our area.
