They get the job done.

They have great staff who are always on time and highly professional. I can trust them to take care of all my specified needs whether I am at home, or not - no babysitting required. They keep me updated with pictures and texts. Our house is bug free. Highly recommend!

I have had the service for three months…

I have had the service for three months now, each time they come over to spray they knock down most of the spider webs and apply their solution but within a few days the spider webs come back especially in our patio chairs and tables where I have always had the problems.
My bad: I should have done my research, the company does not have good reviews and are often referred as scammers which is true. I called the company and requested to stop the service but I had to pay the $199 dollar cancelation fee, this is really criminal when you pay for a service and they can't provide it. Please do your homework and research Aptive Pest Control before making your decision.

The technicians have been great

The technicians have been great. We were supposed to get a $20 credit for last month because of their scheduling on wrong date. Give it to us now and call us to let us knpw you did it!!!

I absolutely hate to be text messaged 3…

I absolutely hate to be text messaged 3 time the day of the service and I dont like getting email reminders the day before. I've complained about it before and if it continues then I'll switch companys.
