Excellent Work and Friendly Customer Service
Joseph Franco and his trainee did an excellent job. They communicated with me before their arrival, and when they arrived, Joseph reviewed the service and asked if I had any insect-related issues. We walked out to my shed in the yard. We talked about problems inside my shed that had nothing to do with the Aptive service, and he gave me some brilliant suggestions. The service was thorough, but best of all was the friendly and sincere customer service, which is hard to find nowadays.

Environmentally responsible
The treatments are consistently effective. We have not had any evidence of ants or spiders since beginning this service. I especially appreciate the environmental responsibility they exhibit.

They listen to you and do what you ask them to do. They let you know what they are using and what you should do to keep you pets and childern, if you have any, safe. They tell you what they are using.
