I love Aptive!

My Tech is very thorough with his treatment of my home. He always texts me when he is on his way and asks if I have any areas of concern that he should address. I also like that environmentally friendly products are used which is very important to me especially since I live on a river.

This is the worst company

This is the worst company. Techs don’t do work. Take pictures of the exterior of your home and submit those as evidence of work. There are 100s of other companies out there. Do your research. Look at BBB. Spend your money elsewhere

I had been invaded by "midges"

I had been invaded by "midges" (nearly microscopic flies) that would not respond to any treatment i could find. I called Aptive and they came out right away. They spent time to understand the problem and treat it appropriately. On the 3rd treatment, they had found the solution and will monitor it going forward. Thanks to them, my peace of mind has returned...!!!

Beware of this company

Beware of this company! They are very deceptive! Sales person said we could try their service at a discount and if we weren’t satisfied with the service we could cancel anytime with no issues. We saw little improvement from their pest control service and then they raised the price of service without notice! Called to cancel and they refused until we paid a $199 cancellation fee!!!!! This company will rip you off any chance they get! Do not let them steal your hard earned money; do not sign anything from this company you will regret it!! Horrible customer service, absolutely refused to cancel service and continued to charge my credit card! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with! If I could give them a zero rating I would, that’s what they deserve! They are a complete scam!

The service was ineffective

The service was ineffective. Scheduling was always an issue. Communication was lacking creating a situation where the inside service was seldom done. Many complaints were made with no improvements. Despite the issues I was not allowed out of my contract. The last service the technician did do the inside and he was good.
