I have a claim I'm trying to have…

I have a claim I'm trying to have processed through. A person said he's going to help, I submitted the cost & no one will respond any more to the text or email. I had to replace the screen door the techs broke. All on file.

Pretty sure he did the wrong yard

Pretty sure he did the wrong yard. Never had any notification from my security system that anyone came by my yard. The active sign is in my neighbors yard. The outdoor is full of mosquitoes ants and cockroaches especially in the back. Texted him and he never responded.

Still having a lot of issues with ants…and scheduling

Still having a lot of issues with ants in my front yard. My appointments keep getting cancelled and I have to reschedule every time.

Great company, great employees

The employees that work for this company are always punctual, very knowledgeable, they answer all my questions. They're very nice. They do a good job they check everything. Then they treat everything and they ask me if there's anything else that I need done. I highly recommended them to a couple of my friends

Chris called before he came to the house. He seemed to spray everywhere inside and out. He helped me with the payment. He was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Chris.

Once again looks like nothing was done

Once again looks like nothing was done, cobwebs all over the lanai screens no videos of anyone being around the house. You should give a window when you’re gonna approach they said 8 o’clock it was 3 o’clock when I had to leave and the guy just showed up. I needed the inside of the house so far your service has been poor very poor communications and it seems like your technicians really don’t have much of what’s going on. I wouldn’t recommend your service 21. You just have a wheeler dealer salesman who tries to sell the most best product in the market, which is not true

The service provided did not match what they said they did. Customer service did reschedule a return visit when I called to complain. Hopefully I will not need to babysit the next service appt.
