Aptive customer service

Technician was familiar with treatment requirements for my house.

We have not had any indoor bug sightings/evidence in several months

Would prefer a 2- or 3-hour window scheduled for service so I don't have to block off the whole day void of other activities

One of the WORST pest services on the market

I was promised services at $50 a month by the door salesman but my bill is $60 a month. The pest control specialists don't get the wasp nests from the second floor eaves after repeatedly requesting them to be removed. I detail and add pictures of what I want removed (wasp nests) and then the specialists arrives on scene clueless to what I want. It seems my requests details don't matter and my feedback raises no concerns. By far the worst pest service n the market not by products use but by promises being broken and administrative business practices being automated without any human engagement, or lack of caring human engagement.

When details and photos are provided ahead of time, they should be reviewed so the service professional arrives prepared. Does not hold up to claims

I have had a contract with this service for a couple of years. They take care of bugs around the house fine, spiders, wasps, etc. They say they do mosquito service, but I see little impact.
The main reason I accepted their service (from a door-to-door) was they guaranteed ground rodent service. That has not helped. They charge almost $180 per service call and spread about $4 of MoleMax.

I have mosquito containers that are…

I have mosquito containers that are supposed to be filled every month. They haven't been filled for the last 2 months. I was told by the salesperson when I signed up again that I could cancel anytime within the first year (without additional charges). I called in to tell them I wanted to cancel because I had gotten bitten so many times and they said I had to pay 199.00 to cancel. 199.00 to cancel when you weren't doing your job. That is complete B.S.

The Technician was so very thorough in…

The Technician was so very thorough in his treatment plan program. He explained everything and took the time to do a great job. I was so impressed with him. I would like to request that he return on all of my treatments.

Nice People, Questionable Results

I have been a customer for a few years. Agents have been helpful, polite, pleasant to deal with, and prompt with their schedule. We hired Aptive specifically to control little black ants. We still have ants. Lots of them.

Paying $100 a month for what????

Paying $100 a month for inside, outside and mosquito treatment plus. When you sign up, you mark all the places they need to treat like patio, around pool ,around house ,etc. 1st visit, did around house, 2nd visit guy sat in truck, did nothing and left, third visit, did inside of house and the cracks around house because it rained. I have yet to receive a single mosquito treatment, they are not treating areas im paying for and this is twice what I was paying for other company with half the service. To say im unhappy with this company, is an understatement.

The technicians have been professional

The technicians have been professional, polite & pleasant, contacting me via text when on the way. He asked about any concerns & where I specifically wanted him to spray this visit. At completion, he came to the door to inform me he was all done & leaving. Also told m3 there was a small wasp nest he sprayed down on the porch light. I feel because of the treatment, fewer or no bugs have been seen in the home. I have been very pleased!!

Incomplete and inconvenient service

The technician this month found out that the technician the previous month hadn't put any bait in the traps. Incomplete work that I paid for. Send this month's technician every week. Also, took three visits before we were home to work on the interior, not as convenient or predictable as necessary to be exceptional.

I found a few spiderwebs after the…

I found a few spiderwebs after the technician had left, but that was no problem. The only problem I have is when they email you for an appointment and they want to set you up for an all day appointment from 7 AM to 7 PM. That is not good. There should be a 2 to 4 hour timeframe.

Everything was fine at first few…

Everything was fine at first few treatments but its like they just show up and not treat anything. show up just to get payed. still see pest around like its never been treated. Im about to look for new pest control.
